Fast forward one month laterI did not receive my results and got a bill from my insurance showing that this provider depleted my HRA account of $1,and still billed my insurance $12, I called the clinic number on several occasions and never got a direct answer as to the amount my insurance was billed and the status of my resultsEvery person that I spoke to told me that it was not a bill and it was a receipt of services that were renderedThis was a lieWhile I did not have to physically pay the bill, it cost $1,out of my HSA accountIn addition, my insurance had to pay this provider for services that were supposedly renderedI spoke to

Like many others, I was approved for an allergy study and have received no results My insurance has paid for this, but I have nothing I understood that once I qualified for this study, I would have my blood drawn and then receive the results in the mail My husband went too, but also does not have results
Primera cannot be reached by phone They leave their phone set on fax so you cannot get through to talk with anyone
We had blood drawn on April 29, We were told we'd have results in weeks, but to date, almost months later, we have nothing I want to know "why" and where our results are Feels like a scam

I participated in an allergy research study with Primera Medical Group on 8/21/I was contacted about the study by Atlanta Out Loud, a market research company that I've participated in previous studies withPrimera did scratch allergy testing on me and gave me the results while I was thereThey also took a vial of blood from me and said they were going to run and extensive allergy panel and send me the results in the mailThey never sent the resultsSeveral months later I called and after leaving several messages, I finally got someone on the line One timeShe told me that the lab was a little behind in processing, and that I should get it in the mail soonMonths went by again and never got the resultsI called again and the phone number had been disconnectedI looked up their website, which had minimal information on it, also
