Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The owner sent a person crew and a few pieces of material to our property last Saturday after promising to redo the fence correctly When the crew spoke with the owner and explained they needed to do more than they were hired to do he told them to leave and Primeco recovered the materials He stated that 'he would never be able to satisfy us' and has walked away from the job We also became aware Saturday that the agreed to 'Red Cedar' pickets were in fact fir pickets stained a cedar color So not only did Primeco do a very poor job of installation, they tried to substitute substantially less expensive product without adjusting the price.We have filed a dispute with our credit card company to recover the original deposit amount If Primeco does not challenge that recovery and we never hear from them again, we will happily consider the complaint closed We will not accept the business' response if they a) try to charge our credit card again; b) contact us in any form other than writing; c) file a libel suit against us as they threatened to do on Friday afternoon for a review we submitted on Home Adviser; d) come to our house or our neighbor's house Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] The fence is so poorly built we have boards coming off and huge splits in several of the boards There is several areas where the cuts are uneven and raggedThere are cuts on the kick board from the crew trying to fix other mistakesThere are boards that aren't nailed to anything and now are pulling awayThey tried to put a band-aid on the mistakes instead of fixing it correctly and now we are stuck with a fence that is falling apart and needing repairs not even two months after completion, actually the day they said they were done I told [redacted] I was not satisfiedThey used wet wood instead of dry and now we have huge gaps in the fence, this is not a privacy fenceThere are boards that are bowing because of poor construction and cheap materialsThe wood is splintering in several areasThe company did give us a 10% discount but I took that as a compensation for them breaking a planter boxNot compensation for the damage they did to the yard by driving in it or for the plants they trampled or the length and inconvenience of almost three full months to complete the jobNor compensation for a poorly constructed fence or the mess they left or the embarrassment they have caused by such an ugly/poor quality fenceNot to mention the stress and disappointment every time I come home and see this fence

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I disagree with the owners statements and want the Revdex.com to know the truth The work that was agreed to was not completed and the balance of $dollars was not paid by me Jason came to my house because he was not happy about the review that I posted on "*** ***" He defended his workers and their actions This company, it's owner & employees knows nothing about customer service and does not care that a customer is not happy, as long as there are no negative reviews After a half hour discussion, I did agree to forget about the work that was to be done and he agreed to forget about the $dollars That being said, the dispute is over only because I do not want him or any of his people on my property I will fix what they did not complete with the $retained from the final payment.I did not say that I would contact the Revdex.com to close the case I informed him that a complaint had been made and to expect being contacted I did tell Jason that I would change or alter the review on *** ***, however after I thought about it, I will not change the review The review is correct, a little harsh, but truthful I want others to know about my experience with this company, so the review stays, as is.I have been curious as to what his comments would be about the complaint and being contacted by the Revdex.com His comments reinforce my opinion and the review I posted His comments or actions did not resolve this matter It is resolved only because I no longer wish to deal with him or his company

The fence is so poorly built we have boards coming off and huge splits in several of the boards.  There is several areas where the cuts are uneven and ragged. There are cuts on the kick board from the crew trying to fix other mistakes. There are boards that aren't nailed to anything and now are pulling away. They tried to put a band-aid on the mistakes instead of fixing it correctly and now we are stuck with a fence that is falling apart and needing repairs not even two months after completion, actually the day they said they were done I told [redacted] I was not satisfied. As stated, I or my wife were never told a price prior to the work and the fence company is billing me for almost double the standard amount. I would only hope that the Revdex.com can influence this business to honor the standard fair market price of $250.00 per gate which is advertised by all the other fence builders. If this is not possible, then I would only hope that the Revdex.com would rate this company as totally unacceptable for any others to use.
