RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Business has made no attempt to settle anything. They have withdrawn funds from our bank account and have provided us NO services. Regarding their points: 1) PWP did NOT deliver the ads at all times. In fact the entire issue is that they delivered nothing. We received less than the equivalent of fews day's traffic of what we "were sold" equal to less than $500 worth of [redacted] ad words. The amounts debited to our credit card for services NOT rendered for a product, that according to [redacted] is a complete fabrication, borders on outright fraud. a] including $3711 that was NOT authorized. /nor spent according to [redacted] ***' [redacted] b] the $876.35 charged to us for the fictitious retargeting campaign that was never executed. despite almost daily pleas 2) They are repeatedly lying claiming that they had a proprietary product that they were purchasing under special circumstances from [redacted] with a 6 month commitment. when in actuality they were attempting to resell Adwords that according to their own report, had cost us a total OF $400 for the previous 3 MONTHS. This $133/ per month campaign was suspended after a week? which would indicate that a maximum of $45 had been spent? For that they deducted $3711 from our bank account. When questioned the exact response from [redacted] was *On Nov 13, 2013, at 1:00 PM, [redacted] wrote: all billings are done in advance. You will always receive the advertising time paid for. for the next 30 days I attempted to get an accounting of WHEN they were actually going to spend the money on advertising, I was never given a response 3) We had REDUNDANT conversion tracking our Shopify account, our Server Statistics Logs. AND [redacted] ANALYTICS [see attached] EVERYTHING said that PWP was rarely running ads we received less traffic from them in 2 months that we receive in a few days our other ads. 4) PWP has taken over $8,556.70 out of our bank account and delivered nothing Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
This correspondence will serve as our formal response to the
Claimant’s response to Complaint #*** All of these items were initially
addressed in detail in our first response.
In summary,
1)
Prime Web Placement guaranteed placement of
selected search phrases in the top sponsored advertising sections on ***,
*** and ***! At all times, Consumer’s ad copy and website appeared in the
top sponsored sections of the aforementioned search enginesConsumer did not
allege his ads were not displaying in his original complaint
Many phrases were suggested at the
initial meetings with *** *** *** *** chose to enter an agreement to advertise this phrase. *** ***’s “test” was on a broad matched
term on ***. This was discussed at
length on a gotomeeting with *** ***, and *** *** ***. Despite his claims to the contrary, *** *** showed them on the computer screen, logging into their Adwords account, that
their test was on a broad matched term.
*** *** was shown a screenshot
of his ad displayed on *** on an email dated October 17, In addition,
it was explained to *** *** on an email November 1st that ***
and *** share the same search results.
On that date his ads were on the 1st position on ***! which
he then acknowledged.
2) As stated in our initial response, Prime Web
Placement has never maintained that we have an exclusive or unique relationship
with ***. Prime Web Placement
guaranteed advertising space in the top sponsored sections for three search
engines including ***, ***! and ***
On many instances it was reiterated to Consumer the Money Clicks is
solely a Prime Web Placement product not that of *** or any other search
engine.
3) *** *** assisted *** *** with their
*** Analytics tracking because there was absolutely no conversion tracking
on their Analytics account. *** ***
went above ad beyond to educate and assist *** *** with the Adwords and
Analytics data. The sole purpose was to
identify conversions (sales)
4)
All attachments were included in the original
response to the Revdex.com, including the signed agreements, and multiple emails, and
a screenshot showing email responses to *** ***. *** *** and *** *** entered into a six month agreement for advertising services. Prime Web Placement fulfilled all the terms
of this agreementThe Consumer has not fulfilled the terms of the agreement
and breached the referenced six month agreements

please find attached two contracts; Moneyclicks contract; the search term we originally purchased was replaced because of systemic problems with multiple terms that as a group were considerably less expensiveIn fact these terms were picked by *** *** from our existing *** campaign, and in total were costing us less than $100/ month directly from ***
the RETARGETING campaign was signed , the fees were debited from our account but PWP NEVER instigated or ran the campaign

Review: Prime Web Placement defrauded our business. They sold us a non-existent advertising product claiming that they had an exclusive and unique relationship with [redacted]. That [redacted] required fees for advance purchase. They deducted over $8000 in fees for products and services that they did not deliver. We have subsequently discovered that they had no special relationship with [redacted], and the product that they sold us does not exist. They have changed their website presentations. We sent over 160 detailed emails in an attempt to try and resolve the systemic problems that they claimed to be having. Most of the emails went unanswered. and the few that were answered were done so only to stall us long enough to deduct more money from our credit card. They claimed that the money was only deducted in advance and would not actually be applied until the services were provided. We suspended the campaign and requested that they return the advanced retainers until they resolved the problems. and PWP has not answered our repetitive requests nor have they returned our money.Desired Settlement: immediate refund of $4,587.35 and written termination of any contract. $876.35 charged to our credit card on 9/30/2013 for product not delivered$3711.00 charged in advance on 11/4/2013 for services not rendered
