Paid 2000.00 for Ryder cup tickets thinking they would be hard to come across. Find out I can get them anywhere for 800.00. Prime sport would not do the right thing to give me fair market value, instead they totally gauged me. Understand no cancel policy but they can better the price as it is significantly higher. I will never again use prime sport and will make be known on many sites as I don’t want to see others getting ripped off. Be patient and shop.
Had a very favorable Rose Bowl experience through Prime Sport. Everything was top shelf. The staff was very attentive. The hospitality tent at the game was excellent. Parade tickets were just across from the NBC booth. We did our own air arrangements and trips from hotel to the airport. All of that was understood from the beginning. I would definitely use them again.
Prime Sport - Used them for the Rose Bowl this year, 2018. They were AWFUL! Totally disorganized and what was promised did not happen. First of all, there was no one to greet us at our hotel, as we were told there would be. We had no idea where to pick up our tkts/info and finally found out they were at another hotel. We had to provide our own transportation to this and to the "Boomer Bash"! They had not informed anyone in the hotel either, so there was NO help. We were also told there would be a gatherling (party) before the game at the stadium. When our bus arrived at the stadium, our guide had NO idea where to go but told us to follow him! He should have been carrying a very tall stick with a sign on it to follow because in a sea of red, we lost him very early. It was a disaster! We NEVER found the gathering so we paid for the food and drink we did not get. Basically, there was NO communication! I will NEVER use them again!
Bought 2 packages for total of 4 people for a trip to the Rose Bowl parade/ game on Jan. 1st in Pasadena. We booked the trips through PrimeSport.com. Dec. 6th 2015 we purchased 2 Rose Bowl packages for total of 4 people. At that time we bought the packages that included air fare along with game and parade tickets and accommodations for 4 nights. Within minutes we received an email with a confirmation number only. When looking through different voices of travel packages, there were both land-only, ~$2,900 and air-included, ~$4,000. All of us checked, checked and checked again, before clicking the 'submit' button. Made sure we had all the details to ensure we had what we needed, including airfare. Few days later we called and asked about the details they said that they would Fed-Ex the itinerary. One package arrived with everything on Dec. 18th, except airfare information. When we called to ask about it, we were told the airline tickets would be emailed to us 7-10 days before the event. Waited for several days. The other couple never received their package with the tickets, only after calling them today did they ship the package. When I called, was told that he has a package but no airfare. Talked to 4 different people there today. Very frustrating and they didn't seem to want to try to help us out. Now, at this late date we had to buy tickets on our own.Desired SettlementWe expect to be reimbursed the amount of our airline tickets we had to buy on our own, after we realized the airline tickets were left out of our trip packages. On December 22nd, 2015, we booked through Expedia with American and United airlines for a total of $5,734.80 (4 people).Business Response Revdex.com CASE#: XXXXXXXXTo whom it may concern,PrimeSport is the official Tour provider for the Tournament of Roses and Rose Bowl travel packages. With this designation, we are able to offer travel packages year around that include among other items, tickets, pregame hospitality, transportation, and hotel accommodations in Pasadena. We started offering our 2016 Rose Bowl products with the hotel accommodations in Pasadena in January of 2015 and have never once included any options for airfare in these packages. All products staying in Pasadena, California were strictly Land Only options throughout the year and were not modified at any time to be inclusive of airfare. The complaint in question booked a package at the Parade & Game package at the Courtyard Pasadena, one of our official Tournament of Roses packages that was strictly a Land Only option and had been offered as such for the entire year long selling cycle. We offer these products well before the college football season even starts early in the fall and keep those products the same until hotel check in late in December. Once the football season is coming to completion, PrimeSport offers fan specific travel options that are geared toward the fans of the participating schools in the Rose Bowl and other major college bowls. Our fan specific travel packages are designed completely separate from our Official Tournament of Roses offerings and this year was no different. These packages included options for roundtrip airfare, but the only offerings that included the roundtrip airfare were at hotels in downtown Los Angeles. The Omni Downtown Los Angles, Sheraton Downtown, and Doubletree Downtown to be specific. All of these travel offerings were built and designed toward Iowa specific fans, including access to the Hawkeye Huddle pep rally and an Iowa fan specific team tailgate prior to the Rose Bowl. These offerings are built into our booking software and inventory management system completely independent of each other because the two tours (Iowa Fan Specific and Tournament of Roses Official Tour) can operate through similar daily events but completely separate from each other. Again, we never have advertised any type of airfare with any of our Tournament of Roses packages and it was never shown in any package descriptions. All of our Iowa packages were built and sold independently of our official Tournament of Roses packages in Pasadena and took multiple clicks through webpages/descriptions to get to the ordering page of the booking process. Package descriptions are written in detail with all package inclusions clearly merchandised on the website so at the time of selecting the price and number of guests attending, that package description is front and center of that same page. The consumer in question placed this order on December 6th on our website and received an email confirmation immediately after the order that shows an itemized list of their package inclusions. He claims that he received this email but it only showed the confirmation number only. This is partly true, it shows the confirmation (Reservation number) in the subject line of the email, but once the email is viewed, the body of the email lists a few details regarding fulfillment of the packages and then shows a complete list of all package inclusions. If they were truly reading through and comparing our package offerings, it would have been very clear the difference between the Iowa Fan packages and our regular retail offerings with the Tournament of Roses package in Pasadena. The Iowa name was used multiple times in the Iowa fan packages, the Roundtrip airfare in question was listed as the very first bullet in any of our Iowa fan package descriptions that included airfare so there was never a question to if someone was purchasing a travel option with or without airfare. Another difference that should have been noticed in the reservation and booking process was that all of our Iowa fan packages and offerings that included the Roundtrip Airfare were all 3-night offerings, checking in on 12/30/15 in the Los Angeles downtown hotels and checking out on 1/2/16. The Official Tournament of Roses packages he booked is and always has been a 4-night travel package that checks in on 12/29/15 and therefore could not have included any of our airfare advertised on the website. All airfare specifically showed departure and arrival days in the website copy of the description and all were listed as departure on 12/30/15 and return flight on 1/2/16 which matched exactly with the hotel accommodations listed directly under for one of our downtown Los Angeles hotel properties. The package he booked clearly listed check in date of 12/29/15 and check out on 1/2/16 to show the 4-night hotel accommodations. Our booking software and website force our team to create separate individual links for every travel package we offer which you can only get by clicking on a View Package button from the landing page of either the team package (Iowa Fan travel packages in this case) or our official partner page. At times we do have one generic event page that hosts multiple package options but it still takes multiple clicks through level of the booking process with package descriptions on each level to get to the point where the consumer begins to place an order. They would have seen the major package components at least 3 times prior to just starting the booking process. Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding the noted complaint of advertising issues. All are very clearly stated prior to booking and reinforced immediately upon completion of a web reservation booking with an itemized confirmation email.
