I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint This company has a proven record of coming up with stories and delaying tactics, the complaint started well before the heat set in and they did not resolve it, the current temperatures have nothing to do with their failure to respond.Their proposed resolution does not have a committed time frame for resolution. If they provide an actual date by when we will have resolution then I can review that.I was very clear to Juan that we need to allow the replacement shrubs time to get established before the winter sets in, so his delaying tactics are putting the replacement shrubs at risk.I have seen Blue Maid Holly plants in good health at local nurseries so I fail to see the need to stall this replacement, but again if he provides a date that he commits to resolve by then we can review the case when that date arrives

[redacted],As discussed just a few minutes ago, Prime Rose Landscaping has handled some of the outstanding issues.  The mulching is now finished.  The remaining items are staking of the trees and the fertilizing of the shrubs.  This is indeed a relief and I am told the remaining work will be completed on Friday, Sept. 23.Thanks for all your help.[redacted]
