I ordered a shirt from them on 10-15- I emailed them on 11-19-because I had not received the shirt They replied on 11-27-& said that there was a production issue & that the shirts are currently in production They offered a 10% discount to wait or a refund I chose to wait because I wanted the shirt I replied on 11-28-asking them how much longer I had to wait They replied on 12-5-saying that my shirt would ship out next week It is now 12-20-& I have not received the shirt or heard from them I am very disappointed with their service They take a week or more to respond to my questions It has been over months & still no shirt
I ordered a t-shirt for my husband on August 11, 2016. On September 15th, I e-mailed them asking the status of my order. I was told there was a "production issue with my order. We have resolved the issue. The shirts are currently in production." I was asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund. I stated I would wait as my husband really wanted the shirt. On November 10th, I again e-mailed them asking the status of my order. No response. I found their [redacted] page and messaged them. Again, no response. I posted a negative post on their [redacted] page. Again, no response. It is November 19th and I have yet to hear from them. Not pleased at all. Very negative experience.
Didn't fulfill order in time specified (on their website). When I emailed them to ask about my order they pretty much said we're preparing it. I emailed again asking for a time frame (as this was a gift) and ordered 12 days prior to my contacting them. They did not respond or offer any apology/explain atom, and refunded the money.
Poor time management and customer service.
I ordered a shirt from this company on Nov 7, 2016. Did not get any response from emails until a week after I filed a [redacted] dispute and escalated it to a claim, I stated that After a month and a half I no longer wanted the shirt I wanted a refund. But this was completely ignored. I was given excuses that there was a hurricaine on the east coast...which happened months prior to my order. That my shirt was just printed and took time to dry. The label inside my shirt says made in the U.K. It is a nice shirt but being given false excuses and not being told there would be an extreme delay in being sent something I had paid $27.99 for is just poor business. I was told I'd be given a 10% discount after if I removed my dispute on [redacted]. I refused to remove the dispute until I got the item...$2.78 off doesn't seem like enough discount to make me happy for ignoring my multiple emails and making up false statements. If the item was backordered, it would have been easier to say that and it would be shipping or we can refund your money. Will not be buying from your company again. And will advise others not to do so either. You took my money very fast....you could have had the decency to reply to an email within a weeks time period....and no one seemed to read anything I wrote. The company did not respond to the dispute on [redacted] other than sending the shipping tag. I don't thing I would have gotten my shirt had I not purchased through [redacted] and filed a dispute. Which is very sad.I finally received the shirt today in a tiny plastic mailer via USPS 12-16,2016. so well over a month and a week after I purchased. it says 2-3 weeks on site.
