Mr*** asked about a split payment over the phone after his loan was closedThere is no way to change payment methods post-closing Mr*** signed all his loan documents and had a 3-day right of recession to cancelHe signed the terms of the Note and first payment letterThese
documents clearly address how the loan is to be paid and when payments are dueIf he had a problem with the terms, he should have mentioned it prior to signing the documentsI never spoke with Mr*** until the closing of his loanThroughout the process, I was only in contact with Mrs***What Mr*** is trying to accomplish is not a bi-weekly payment, it’s called a split paymentHis desire for a split payment, which took place after his loan closed, was not requested properlyHe never specified the request or made it clear as to what he was looking for Advice to Mr***: Mr*** can accelerate his payments by making and extra principal payment each month.Mr*** needs to do research to understand exactly what he is requestingSplit payments don’t necessarily mean the acceleration of principal reduction

Revdex.com:More deceitful and disrespectful communications from this origanization. At no time after I responded to their mailer did they give me ANY option that reduced my interest rate. A "reduction of rate" is something, despite the continued insults, I understand. It was not offered by this organization, but was offered by others. This organization claimed a reduced rate would require "secret sauce."
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Dear Mr***, I have forwarded your information to our marketing department and will see to it that you do not receive anymore marketing materialsThank you, *** ***Manager

My name is *** *** and I am the CEO of Prime Choice FundingI personally spoke with Mr***I informed him that we sent an advertisement with two different optionsOne option is a IRRRL Streamline Refinance and the other is cash outThe advertisement is for a year loan with the
interest rate fixed for yearsThe advertisement (which is included in this response) has a disclaimer about all of the loan termsMr***, in his complaint is stating that we didn't offer him a lower interest rate which is a lie (I am including my email to him that shows we did offer him a lower interest rateI went on to explain the options and Mr*** seemed to get angry and didn't like my answersI tried my best to answer but it wasn't to his likingWhen Mr*** inquired with us he expressed interest in the cash out loan, not the interest rate reduction loanI explained that the payment we offered him was on a a cash out loan, which would increase his loan amount so of course his payment would go upHe is definitely confusedI explained his options and his reply was "I know what an interest rate reduction is," which clearly he does not since he asked for a cash out loan and then gave that same replyIf Mr*** has any more questions or needs clarification on the two options, I would be happy to help

We would like to respond to the statements you made in your review, and ask for additional facts that might help us understand why you are upset with our services.   You allege that we are unethical, untrustworthy and immoral, but do not explain why you are saying these things.  Because...

you have not explained why you are making assertions, we cannot change anything in the way we do business to improve customers’ experience with us in the future.   You also state you have reported us to the California State Attorney’s office.  However, we are unaware of any such complaint to date. More importantly, because you have not stated why you have reported us to this office, we cannot address why you are upset with us.   You also state we take advantage of veterans.  However, you have not explained how we might be doing this.  We would like to point out, however, that we help thousands of veterans obtain mortgages every year. We also have good reviews on [redacted]. Integrity and transparency are very important to our company. So if we are taking advantage of veterans, please let us know what we are doing so we can avoid doing that in the future.   You also state that we lied to you on several occasions about when your loan would close.  However, we have checked our files and your loan funded on the date it was initially indicated to close. We also sent you proof of this by means of a wire transfer and federal funds number. If there are more facts regarding your loan closing that you would like to bring to our attention, please let us know so we can improve our services in the future.   You also state that we caused you to incur late fees and that incurring late fees impacted your credit. However, we again checked our files and determined that you, the borrower, chose not to make your mortgage payment (which was due by the 15th of the month) and did so in order to take advantage of the ability to defer two mortgage payments.    You were almost certainly advised in your existing mortgage documents (the mortgage you held prior to taking out your present mortgage with us) that you would incur late fees if you did not pay your existing mortgage by the 15th.   We are unaware that anyone in our company told you – or would tell you – that not making a mortgage payment on your existing mortgage would not result in you having to pay a late fee.   Consequently, we are unaware that we caused you to incur any late fees – rather, you appear to have made a decision not to make the mortgage payment on your existing mortgage by the 15th, and did so to defer two mortgage payments.   Finally, your assertion that the late fees you incurred affected your credit is incorrect. Late payments are only reported to the credit bureaus if they are 30 days late.  We are unaware that any payment due on your existing mortgage was late by 30-days or more. So any late mortgage payment should not affect your credit in any way.   In view of the foregoing, we apologize that you are not happy with the experience you have with our company.  However, we are even more concerned that you have not shared in any detail why you are upset with your experience with us.    If you have more facts that you can share that would better explain why you are unhappy with your experience with our company, we would be happy to have you provide us those facts so that we can understand why you are upset, and can avoid such situations or circumstances in the future.   We look forward you providing us any additional facts that you might want to share, and to working with you to avoid any other customers having a less than satisfactory experience with our company in the future.   Best regards,              [redacted], President of Prime Choice Funding.

This consumer wrote another complaint, but we have addressed his concerns and refunded the money he requested. Please see attached check. I have reached out to him directly because the check was not cashed and we are reissuing a new check and requiring he sign for it. Please let me know if there is anything else you need regarding this complaint. Thank you [redacted]Business ManagerPrime Choice Funding, Inc.

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint about the letter received, he is incorrect. First of all, the letter that was sent is not for a variable rate. It is for a 30 year loan with the rate fixed for 5 years. Variable rates do not have a fixed period of time. The advertisement is for a 5/1 ARM. There...

is a disclaimer on the letter that addresses this as well. This is the same response that Mr. [redacted] was told. Mr. [redacted] has been removed from our database as well as added to our do not mail list.

See attached documents and audio files. Thanks    Revdex.com:

Hello,This address has been added to our "Do not mail," list.  There may be couple more letters send out since mailings are send 1 month in advance in certain cases. This is the first time that we have been notified that this individual would like to be removed from the list.Thank you[redacted]...

[redacted] never said they were or were not available. He said this is something that would have to be set up in servicing. [redacted] is merely a loan Processor who does not work for the lender, Sun West.Mr. [redacted] signed all of the documentation showing the terms of his repayment and had a 3 day rescission period to cancel his contractI forwarded the information that the lender, Sun West, posts about bi-weekly payments. After reading it in further detail, they state they do not offer bi-weekly paymentsMr. [redacted] never mentioned to me anything about bi-weekly payments until his loan was closed. Once a loan is closed, I have no way to address this concernI made several attempts to help Mr. [redacted] work on getting biweekly payments set up once his loan was closed. I even contacted upper management within Sun West to get assistance. I have documentation supporting this. Mr. [redacted]'s claim about me being unresponsive is completely false. I have the email threads supporting this.

My fundamental complaint is we specifically asked if Bi-weekly payments were available and were told by Prime Choice Funding they were indeed available and the way to set up bi-weekly payments was to contact the lender after closing.  We contacted them after closing and were told they were not available.I've made several attempts to work with Prime Choice Funding since late November when my loan closed and still have not been able to set up Bi-weekly payments.
At this point I do not see resolution to bi-weekly payments as promised by Prime Choice Lending and my only recourse is to manage bi-weekly payments manually through my payment structure.
