I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I never denied signing their contract and I had every intention of making my purchase of eyewear and contact lenses at this place of businessMy complaint is that I was misinformed and I was led to believe that I would be able to go home that same day with my new contact lenses in handOnly after I paid the $and signed a bunch of paperwork including two medical claim forms and had my eyes tested was I told that I would have to wait at least two weeks for the contactsHad I been told this I would've taken my business elsewhere!
At this point the $isn't even an issue I am however requesting my results of the vision examBesides the fee I paid my insurance was billed as well and I have nothing to show
I think this is a very poor and deceiving way to conduct business, had they been upfront then I wouldn't have expected to go home with my lenses the same dayTheir practice is full of deception.
Keep the fee and whatever payment you get from my carrier, but I need my results

The company did not resolve or justified any of part of my complaintBy their response it is obvious that their time is more valuable then their patientI will just pick up my daughter's glasses and never return to the officeI do hope they have my daughter's glasses because not one employee has reached out stating that the glasses are ready for pick up

$150 refund, The corporation will not the dispute the claim. Our policy business policy is on all receipts and our time is valuable.

Review: I went in on Thursday Sept.*,2014 for a routine eye exam.Having lost a contact lens I was interested in being fitted for new contacts. I asked if I would be able to take home new contacts the same day and I was told definitely yes. However, I would have to pay an additional $30 besides my insurance coverage, which I paid. Once payment was received I was given forms to sign including a paper which stated that I would not get a copy of eye prescription until I made a purchase at their location, before signing I asked again will I be able to get the contacts the same day and was told yes not a problem.Once my exam was completed I was told that my contacts had to be ordered and that it would take two weeks for them to arrive.And they refused to provide my prescription because I signed the form which stated they would not release any information until a purchase is made.Now I had to go to another location to get retested pay again and made my purchase.I called my insurance to complain that this business will be processing a claim and they are withholding my information but they said there's nothing they can do because I signed that form.However, I would've never signed if I new in advance that I wouldn't be able to go home with my new lens.Desired Settlement: If they refuse to release my prescription I would the $30 I paid refunded.It's bad enough they will also be paid by my insurance

[redacted] used her insurance for routine eye examination. [redacted] requested a contact lens examination. Since her insurance did not cover contact lenses evaluation/ and examination she was charged $30 for contact lenses fitting and follow up. She signed a contact lens contract where it clearly states that she has to purchase the first pair of contact lenses from Primary Vision Care Inc. before she gets a copy of the prescription. This is because the doctor has to check the base curve, diameter, prescription and/or any other problem as well as contact lenses instruction and care when the patient has it on her eyes.

Review: On 1/**/15, my husband went to the location so they can repair my daughter's glasses. My husband was told the frame is not repairable and he must buy an entire new frame. We trusted they were given us the right advice because of course they know best. My husband went right ahead and placed the new order. We paid $150.00 through my FSA from work. The lady who assisted my husband informed him he must bring my daughter in for measurements when he told me I found it odd because my daughter is a patient at the location. So I went on 1/**/15 with my daughter's broken frames to a different location called [redacted], where I'm a patient, I showed them the frame and was told of course they can fix it. Now I was annoyed because I feel as the personnel at Primary Vision fooled my husband. I decide to go back to Primary Vision Care Inc to ask for a refund especially that the frames were not order because they need measurements so I thought. I spoke with one young lady explained everything to her, the young lady tells me to hold on while she explains the matter to her [redacted]. I waited a half hour for her [redacted] to deny my request and only give me store credit for 4 months. I was not pleased with the response so I asked to speak with the [redacted]. Once again I waited 15 more minutes for the lady to come and speak with me. At this point I was disgusted and annoyed with the customer service. When the [redacted] finally decides to speak with me she seems irritated and annoyed with me like I'm the problem. I once again repeat the whole entire story to her and she respond with "Well you are not getting a refund and that's it. Our policy is store credit for 4 months." I explain to her about another place fixing them and how her staff informed my husband the frames are not repairable, she tells me "O, we don't do welding here." My response to her "Ok, so why your staff did not inform or advise my husband that he can go somewhere else for repair instead your staff stating to him the glasses are irreparable.

My break down to the [redacted]) for my refund is as follows:

1- You have not even place the order for the frames to be made if you told my husband to return with my daughter for measurements.

2- When I asked her to provide me with proof of the order been placed she respond with a [redacted] attitude I do not have to provide you with the information or anything.

There was clearly no professionalism and truly the customers is not right in their eyes. The business has lost a patient.

I feel as if they just care to make/steal money from their customers.Desired Settlement: A complete REFUND to my FSA ACCOUNT!

The company did not resolve or justified any of part of my complaint. By their response it is obvious that their time is more valuable then their patient. I will just pick up my daughter's glasses and never return to the office. I do hope they have my daughter's glasses because not one employee has reached out stating that the glasses are ready for pick up.
