from the assignment. We contacted the associate to inform the associate that the assignment had been ended and stated per client it was "not a good fit". We also informed the associate that this did not preclude the associate from future opportunities with PrideStaff or PrideStaff Financial. We did place the associate on another assignment that was a temporary to hire with another client - the associated started the position with our client - during the 2nd week on the assignment for our other client, the associated called our office 2 hours after the start of the associates shift to let us know that they would not be returning to the position. Shortly after, the associate informed us that they had applied through another agency for a new position with at the same client as their original assignment. The associate stated that the other agency indicated that they were not eligible for a new placement with the client. The decision was made by the client, not by PrideStaff or PrideStaff Financial.
