Jan 20, 2017To whom it may concern:As to the letter from the Revdex.com regarding the shipment to Jon [redacted] on or about 11/15/We recieved photos from [redacted] that showed the suppossed the “damage “ to the package that we sent himThese photos CLEARLY showed damage to the LEFT SIDE, RIGHT SIDE, and TOP of the packageSuspecting fraud, we contacted the [redacted] post office who talked to the driver who delivered the packageHe CLEARLY remembered delivering the box AND remembered [redacted] being there (waiting on a customer at the time)The driver left the package( which he CLEARLY remembered having NO damage) on the counter and leftNow [redacted] would like us to believe that this package all of a sudden developed LEFT SIDE, RIGHT SIDE, and TOP side damage between the time that the driver sat it on the counter and the time that [redacted] finished writing up his customer and picked up the packagePlease keep in mind that he would have had the box in his view this whole timeThe post office ASSURES us that they would have noticed ANY damage to ANY package and would have noted it before deliveryThey SURELY would NOT have not missed a package that had damage to the extent that [redacted] is trying to claim happened to his shipmentHe has also neglected to mention that he tried to pull the same [redacted] with PAYPAL and they agreed with usHe is a thiefI ,Gary *R [redacted] , ( owner-Rask Cycle) packed the package myselfI have been doing this for approx forty yearsI used 15001b tensile packing tape, bubble wrap, paper,styrofoam, cardboard, etc.I KNOW how to pack stuff so that it CANNOT come out of the package on its ownThere is NO doubt( especially after looking at the photos that [redacted] provided that he had to just about destroy the box (that the driver says he delivered with NO damage) in order to remove the contentsPaypal denied his claim and I TOTALLY agree with themThis guy is a THIEF and we will have NO dialog with a criminal..If you wish to see the photos that he sent please let me know, but I would assume that the fact that PAYPAL has already investigated this and denied it would be enoughThank you,Gary R [redacted] P.S.Sorry, I almost forgotThe first time I talked to [redacted] (this is what really set off the first red flag and made me call the post office), he told me something that just did not set rightThis was ( according to him), the day after he received the package, he told me that “ the package was so screwed up that he might have refused it, he wasnt sure, he couldnt remember” This was supposed to be the VERY NEXT DAY after it cameWHO in the [redacted] could not remember if they got a package and could not remember if they refused it or not the DAY BEFORE, ESPECIALLY if it was in suppossedly such “ bad condition”This was the FIRST discrepency in a long line of crap trying to be perpetrated by a criminalPlease recognize him for what he isThank you,
