Review: I ordered a Keurig Coffee "blue" system from PriceSmart thru [redacted], when the coffee pot arrived it was black and a complete diffrent model than I had purchased for $118.00. when I contacted [redacted] they said they sent them and email and that the company would get back tome in 2 business day. I called back 2 days later and now [redacted] is starting an investigation, I have never heard from PriceSmart, they have my money and my coffee pot. I am very upset about this and will never purchase another item from them, and I still dont have my money back or a label to return the wrong product. This is bad customer service and a horrible way to treat someone who is continued customer.Desired Settlement: I want my moey back and to send the wrong item back to this awful company and hope that no other hard working single mom gets taken.
