Priced Right Auto Sales

We are sorry to hear that the customer has not been happy with the Subaru Forester. We did not misrepresent this vehicleThe car had almost 200k miles and I do recall having a prior conversation with a male related to this purchase before it was purchasedAs I recall, we spoke on the phone and he told me that he was very familiar with these vehicles and I believe he said as long as it ran and drove, he could work with it and he noted our less than $price for itI was under the impression that I was going to be meeting with this gentleman to check out the SubaruMs[redacted] showed up, took it for a test drive, I don't recall anything about a brake issuesI am not saying the customer is lying but I don't remember that conversation at all and was not aware of the the other issues that their mechanic spoke ofIt was priced low because of the miles and being years oldWe could have have addressed her initial concerns in the sales office prior to the sale. This is actually the first time that we were aware of the problems. We have not been contacted by the customer about this issueAll of our vehicles are sold but we are not trying to rip people off.
