The first one was a Ford Explorer which the transmission on the truck went out weeks after having it and it was stated that it had low milesThe second one is the Nissan Pathfinder which I had to wait to weeks before getting itI came back weeks later letting you know that it was making an unusual noise and you told me that you did not hear anything verses you having it inspectedYou still have not offer to fix this issueAnd on top of that you are saying that I owe money months later to you now that I am having trouble with the truckThat is crazy! I have my paperwork which shows in state differentThe bottom line is this I need the repairs completed on my truck and I need to know if in fact its going to be doneI do not trust that your Mechanic is going to do what needs to be done, So, I found one that will make the repairs and if you can pay for all the parts thats needed that would be fine if not I want out of the contract with Honor Finance breaking evenThis has caused A LOT of stress and has put me in a bad situation with my job being jeopardize because of this issueI really need my truck fixed as soon as possible I do not want to keep going back in forth with this situation I have been with out vehicle for months and I have been waiting on a truck which it never happened and I have called in gotten the run rounds for the past # months with your sales reps leaving me on hold in then hanging up on me I do not want to go through that and I should not have to.Sincerely, [redacted]

used car dealership we are dealing with pre-owned vehicles. There is no way for any dealership and/or person that can ever tell you when your vehicle will start having any issues if any issues at all)1. Customers: In January I called in let a member of your staff know that I was having issues again with the Nissan which I was told to contact Honor Finance which was not the case then here it is the alternator needed to be replaced then the fuel pump and starter Response Dealership: You purchased in Sept 2016, unfortunately you didnt purchase a extended warranty on this vehicle. So 90 days after the sale there is no coverage on this vehicle. One this we do offer for all our customers is if you are having a problem with your vehicle bring it to our service shop and get the work done for you at a reduced rate. Which is a huge savings for all our customers.Again if you have any problems in the future bring the vehicle back to Priced Right Auto Sales, and we will get service done at a reduced rate.
