Pfister customer service is awful and not efficient with resolving customer issues. Where is the accountability and quality control for resolving issues. On February 16, 2019, I spoke to several representatives about my faucet - to assist with help installing my parts. However, to only find out the replacement parts that they sent me for the faucet, did not fit my faucet - because they updated the version. In addition, they informed me on February 16, 2019 that a new faucet would be sent in 5 to 7 business days. As of March 11, 2019 I had not received my faucet. Thus, I phoned customer service to only find out that it was still on "hold" - the supervisor never signed off. They young lady put me on hold for a few minutes - when she returned, she stated, the supervisor would be sending it through and I should receive my faucet in 5 to 7 business days (the email confirmation states 4-6 days).
