Review: I purchased the car on 1/3/15. When I test drove my 2012 Nissan Altima, the rear defroster light came on; leading me to believe that the defroster worked. I scheduled for Price Acura to look at the defroster on 1/13/15. I drove 1 hour to drop off the car and then 1 hour back home. I was told on 1/14/15 by Lou - who works with Dan Truesdale in the Sales Office - that someone had cut the defroster wire prior to my purchasing the car. Lou continued to tell me that the only way to fix the defroster is to replace the rear glass and that Price Acura was not going to fix the defroster. I then drove 1 hour to pick up my car and 1 hour back home...... In addition to the 4 hours I drove to get my car fixed, I also paid 2 tolls each way.Desired Settlement: I want the defroster fixed.
