Pri-Value Insurance Group promises to give our clients and partners the best in customer experience. Over the years, we have worked with our clients and partners to perfect this promise. We received a call from a client who had just purchased an insurance contract from our [redacted] Rd office....

The call came in about ten minutes after the police was purchased.   We have worked with Ms. [redacted] by providing [redacted] Insurance all the needed documentation need to help them make a decision on whether our client was liable for this claim. Ms.[redacted] was informed of everything we were doing to make sure the claim was processed in a timely manner; including the option to file the claim with her insurance company.   [redacted] Insurance requested to talk to our client but unfortunately, the phone number we had on file for our client was not reachable. Several letters were sent to client to alert her about the need to contact us or [redacted] Insurance in order to help them complete the claim process.   As of yesterday 8/3/2016, we have been able to locate our client and have taken a statement with the help of a translator. A check has been issued out to Ms. [redacted] for the damages to her boyfriend’s vehicle.   We recognize the inconvenience this may have caused Ms. [redacted], her boyfriend and all other parties involved.
