aggravation. We did make some mistakes with her scheduling her appointments. She seemed pleased afterward and said she would contact me personally if she needed anything. I also managed and set expectations and limitations of what the service covers. I would not hold her to any contract in the future if we can't meet those expectations.
Please let me know if there is anything else required of me. I do appreciate the information that we received about a customer being unhappy. We were able to work things out.
