This situation was a simple miscommunication on our end We had updated prices on several items, but over looked updating the price on mini pretzel doges on our menu board This was not caught by us until the letter was received Our register reflected our intended price of $4.71+tax$is the correct amount that should have been charged by our cashier There was no intention to "overcharge" or "rip our customers off", as stated in the original complaint letter If requested, we gladly provide a receipt, up until the next customer is taken at that point, our register is not equipped to produce prior receipts. While there was on ill-intention in our actions, we regret that this situation was not handled better We intend to apply the lessons learned during this situation to future events, to ensure that our menu board reflects the most up-to-date pricing and that we communicate accurately and respectfully to our customersJay P [redacted] -Franchisee Owner Pretzel Maker- Lehigh Valley Mall

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked for them to ring the sale up in their register so that I could have a receipt on both occassions. Both employees refused to do so. This letter has obviously been skillfully crafted in order to cover the wrongdoing that has transpired.
I would hope that the Revdex.com would see through this and actually investigate this business' practices. I'm quite certain that the IRS would love to know that a business is not ringing up sales for cash purchases and therefore has no record that those sales have even occurred.
