I am rejecting this response because: I was clear about my requestI requested copies of all of the documents based on their policyI have not received any of the documentsPrestwood's policy is that their customers are to receive a written estimate and agree to the services prior to services being providedThey also require the customer to sign the documentsThey also allege a contract I signed, please provide a copy of the contract they allege I signedI also need to arrange a date and time to return the surveillance system and receive a full reimbursement for the equipment and any and all labor that was paidI also require a reimbursement for all money paid to Prestwood where there is no written estimate, no agreement and signature for them to do the work/services. Prestwood hustles customers and work, they manipulate customers into services and change the terms as they go. This is a company that engages in fraudulent business practices. Unless Revdex.com determined the investigation was closed, the respondent/Prestwood Computer is not in authority to make that determinationThey are not in integrity and continuing to act unethically
We were notified on 1/19/15 that this matter was closed. We have received no further notice that the matter has been reopened. Review: I have endured a lot with [redacted] (& [redacted]). He has taken advantage of me fincially and misrepresented the services he provides, the rate he offers and not honored, numerous services. I never authorized, cow and bully me to pay, tells me not to pay for free and then askes me to pay or retaliates because I have not paid and plays a passive aggressive cat and mouse games that never end.
[redacted] is not able to be honest steadily. I fabricated and an agenda to create ways to cause a customer to feed the cash cow. He and [redacted] have absolutely no boundaries, are enmeshed, co- and create hostility, a threatening and hostile environment.
He perpetrates and allows his receiptionist to corroborate his fabricated stories, his complaint against me with the Bureau of Behavioral Health. She verbally assaults me, accuses me of major at risk behavior and actions and then threatens me if I response or try to communicate to her about her demon-strative behavior.
His assistant is a rager, cusses, abusive in her ways and when she is yelling, hollering or outwardly on rage while on her phone. I have been accused of entering into services and contracts that I was not aware of. I am accused of trying to take advantage of them financially or trying to get it free. Their policy is to provide a written estimate, the customer review and approve or disapprove. They failed to maintain their policy with me many time.Desired Settlement: I would like for your agency to review the documents I am submitting. The attached two are only two examples of their unprofessionalism, bullying, rage acted out in emails, threats, slander and blatant lies.
I will require the costs to create reasons to keep fixing the HP pro book, any cost for maintenance services, any cost above their initial solid offer for the security system etc.
