This complaint addresses Contract Issues, Customer Service Issues, and Service IssuesWe prepare and serve a noon meal days a week and having bugs is a health issue [redacted] had a service agreement with Presto-X located in Cheyenne Wyoming, to receive Commercial Pest General Maintenance Service on a monthly basisThe [redacted] did not receive the service nor notice that it would not be provided in April of Presto-X was contacted, the Operations Manager stated the tech for our area was injuredA time was scheduled for the [redacted] to receive pest services in MayInvoice for Commercial Pest General Maintenance Service for 5/10/was receivedIt stated payment was due prior to 6/09/17.The Board of Directors meets the 3rd Tuesday of each monthOn May 31, Presto-X was contacted, the situation explained and the rep said the finance charge would be waivedOn June 5, Presto-X was contacted to cancel the service (days in adv
I was a residential customer on the program which means you get service every months and your yearly bill is broken down in monthly paymentsYou canAll in between appointments any time at no charge if you are experiencing pestsI have had to call several times because wasps are coming into my house in different areas, even in the winter (I am allergic to bees/wasps)Of all of my appointments, the only time this company ever showed up in time was my initial consultation/sprayI have had to call each time to find out when my scheduled service is because they don't notify you and they have either missed or been late to every subsequent scheduled service and in between appointmentMy last appointment was a no call no show (I missed a drappt due to this) and no one ever called backAfter days of me calling, I found out that the tech rescheduled my appointment for a later day without consulting me or calling me back to apologizeI notified the office that I wanted to cancel my service but was convinced to give the company one more chanceAgain, I called the office more days with no responseI finally cancelled my bank draft and notified the office that I was terminating my service with themI requested a manager call me in reference to a refund because they have been charging me for a service that they don't really provideI have wasted hours and days waiting for them to show up and I still have wasps in my homeWhile I commend the ladies in the office for attempting to assist me by trying to contact techs and management (they have been polite and professional), they have been unable to gain a response either despite several days of calls, messages and frantic emailsBy now, the area manager should have at least called me to apologize for my experienceI would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is nonexistent and their lack of care is is abundantOn a side note, when I did a search online for their billing company *** ***, scam alerts pop up everywhere as do flags for customer dissatisfaction
