I spoke to the owner, [redacted] last week to request a pressure washing and gutter cleaning He mentioned a better deal to throw in windows and save Having just moved into our home, I was soldHe said to text with address, contact info, ideal dates, etc I did and heard back Monday evening around 5:and he asked if we were still on for Tuesday I was a bit cautious since we had never really "set" a date/time, but thrilled to get it in before the holidays, so I jumpedHe said check was an acceptable form of payment, but I said that an invoice, credit card, or cash would be better (needed to order more checks) He said on Monday that was no problemHis crew did part of the job Tuesday am, came back to complete and when my husband (working from home) said invoice was discussed and agreed upon, the crew and owner stopped the job and said they'd return next week upon paymentThey completed only the pressure washing...just did front gutters and left screens out of windows throughout our house This is not a way to treat new customers or to build a business and gain new customersI will happily for the job the team DID complete, but will go elsewhere for gutters and windows...all while they left screens throughout our home
It's been several months since Prestige cleaned our entire two story vinyl home and vinyl deck Every time I go outside, I still notice what an incredible job they did The service was quick, affordable, and well worth not having to try to manage it myself
We had some significant mold/mildew on two sides and a lot of staining on our vinyl deck It was completely clean and the house looked new They performed the service without someone having to be home I dropped a check in the mail the next day
A truly "above expectations" experience

I will happily for the job the team DID complete, but will go elsewhere for gutters and windows...all while they left screens throughout our home.
