I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. This is the same song and dance of not takening responsibility for what took place. Your first response was a lame response and one of not takening the time to take care of the matter. Your second response What you mean no one got back to you? We never got any email from you or anything is also a poor excuse. For not only have a documented every email sent prior to going to the Revdex.com, I also have every hone call that took place saved as well. Even the ones were I was excused of not even being there which I thought was funny for their is a credit card receipt to show. Not only that but I have witness that went back with me to get the broken grill from your attendant also. And that I also went back again and talked to a attend there two days later with a witness. So it is no surprise that your reply is one of playing like nothing happened. I have also asked to speak to the owner as well [redacted] on numerous times. Not to mention being talked to like I was a total complete fool. So in the end again here we are without any answers and pushing forward with a small claims court case if nothing comes about of this trying to work it out like normal business do. Looking forward to see what reply I get next
