Pressing Business

Review: I went to this business around October [redacted] (not sure about the exact date) with a sport shirt and a sweater for dry cleaning and a pant for hemming. I went back the following week to pick up the items and after I got home I realized they have damaged the sport shirt. Its a white sport shirt from Burberry Brit (225 USD) with beige check cuffs (Burberry check) and the cuffs got completely discolored after dry cleaning. I went back to them this morning, Nov ** to address this issue and they are telling me its a manufacturers defect, the way they made this shirt caused the problem after dry cleaning. I tried to talk to them politely and they kept on insisting that its not their problem and they are not responsible for this damage at all. They even told me not to ever come back and take this matter to court if I want to resolve this. I really would appreciate if someone can help me in this situation and help me to get this business to reimburse me for the damage. Thanks.
