Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I never asked him to take down the drapes. That's a blatant lie.Twice he asked for photos of the drapes but he never commented on themHe has never said what the monetary compensation would beI can't believe that this business doesn't have money, $200, to pay to take the drapes down and have them rehungHe doesn't want to do anything to try to make the drapes looks betterI could have asked him to pay for new custom draperies but I haven't Sincerely, [redacted]
Hello, We would really like to make this right with the customer, and numerous times we have reached out to her However, we do not believe we are not responsible for taking down the drapes It is not fair for us to pay someone to take down the drapes We are not in the drapery business, rather we are in the dry cleaning business We are absolutely happy to re-clean these and re-press these per the customer's request We always want to make it right, but we cannot pay for someone to take down the drapes The customer could have easily inspected the drapes before placing them up, or after putting them up, asked the drapery personnel to take down the drapes. We are definitely happy to make this right, but we unfortunately cannot pay for someone to take down the customer's drapes. The customer paid $for us to clean and press each drapery We are happy to give the customer $per each drape, well above our terms & conditions which outlines 10x the cost of cleaning

We are happy to give the customer $50 per each drape, well above our terms & conditions which outlines 10x the cost of cleaning.

Hello -- We appreciate the opportunity to explain our side. We are a retail dry cleaner where customers pick up and drop off their cleaning. We have several times offered to make this right with the client: including monetary compensation in lines with our terms & conditions, to get...
the curtains from her building, and to re-press as well. Unfortunately, the client is insistent on us entering her home and taking the curtains off the windows which is very much out of scope for a dry cleaner to do. We are a retail dry cleaner who specializes in cleaning & pressing. We are not trained to take down curtains. We recommended the client to inspect the curtains before placing them back up, and we would be happy to still re-press and re-clean the curtains. However, it is unreasonable to ask us to pay for someone to take the curtains down or have our team take the curtains down since we are merely a dry cleaner.
