Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the email evidence I presented proves that this was not a date certain for the service since I could not predict when the baby would be born. The contract clearly states that we would call with 24-hours notice and that Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve would be blackout dates. There would have been no reason for that language if 12/29 was an exact, reserved date for the service. Presidential Limousine has called me slanderous names on the internet and telephoned my relatives using the same awful language about me.
Emails I presented prove that Presidential Limousine never offered the service within one week - not sure how we would have taken advantage of that anyway with a new baby and mother recovering from surgery - but wanted to charge me an additional $100 and then an upcharge if the service was used in the future on a Friday or Saturday. (I can also provide email proof that this charge was non-existent for the Friday reservation my friend tried to make and only $30 additional for the Saturday service.)
Presidential Limousine has never acted in good faith in any way shape or form here. Any complaints about them on [redacted]+ were met by highly personal attacks by Presidential Limousine with some complainants being called "fat," "too poor for limousine service," "crazy." He has called me "vicious," Following is his response to my review on [redacted]+
... Response from the ownera month agoThere is no truth to this allegation, nothing but lies. We have already issued a credit so that we don't have to deal with her anymore as she is a crazy woman. Yet she is not leaving us alone. We have been working with this individual until today since 12/2015 non stop. She is a crazy and delusional person that is difficult to work with. We have gone above and beyond and can't really help someone who is miserable and annoying. She made the reservation for 12/29 and we gave her a week to use it in case the baby gets born on a different date. This was NOT a gift certificate. The baby was born on 12/24 and no one informed us. On 12/28 and 29th we are calling the numbers on the contract for [redacted] as well as passengers and we are emailing her and no response for solid 2 days. She has given us a wrong number for the passengers. So per our contract we showed up to find out the baby was already born. We had to pay the driver and made the limo available and showed up. Had she answered her phone, respond to email or given us a correct phone number for the passenger she would be in this position. The black out dates on the contract was weekend. She paid for the weekday price. She also apologized to us by giving us a wrong number for the passenger and no wonder why no one is returning her response to the texts. As you can read her review above she has completely lied.Presidential Limousine's statement that "We have already issued a credit so that we don't have to deal with her anymore as she is a crazy woman." This is totally untrue as you can see by his response to my filing with the Revdex.com. All I want is my money back and to put this ugliness behind me.

It is very simple. I am rejecting this response because we showed up according to our signed contract and the passenger refused the ride since the baby was already born via C section on the evening of December 24th. Before showing up the morning of 12/29, we called her several times, emailed several times and called passenger several time. We did not get any response what so ever. She provided us with a wrong number for the passenger. It is not a gift certificate like she is claiming as such as we don't offer gift certificates. We still allowed her to use it within a week of the event just trying to be nice and work with her. In addition she has slammed us all over the internet for no reason. She is very vicious! According to the contract we showed up with a new spotless limo, paid the driver and fueled the limo. Regards,Sunny Presidential Limousine ServiceWhen Only the Best Will Do
I submitted a request on line for a quote. When I didn't see it in my e-mail, I decided to call to follow up my quote. The first person answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and was very rude when me when I explained why I was calling. He kept telling me to check my spam section of e-mail and told me he was not in front of a computer to pull up my quote. His rudeness and not having my information made me nervous as to who I was talking too. Then he became upset because I was asking questions, told me he didn't need my service and hung up the phone. The second guy defended the previous guys action. I made this call on 25 April 2016 around 2:00 PM. No matter how many questions a customer ask, no one should hang up the phone and surely not call again just to have a person defend someone with that type of rudeness. In today's environment, a customer has the right to verify who they are talking to before giving out credit card information to decrease the risk of giving this information to the wrong person. All I wanted was a quote. Rather I received it in e-mail or not, as a customer I didn't deserve that type of rudeness and as a result decided not to use there service.
