Refund of $charged to my credit card where services were not rendered
It is very simpleI am rejecting this response because we showed up according to our signed contract and the passenger refused the ride since the baby was already born via C section on the evening of December 24thBefore showing up the morning of 12/29, we called her several times, emailed several times and called passenger several timeWe did not get any response what so everShe provided us with a wrong number for the passengerIt is not a gift certificate like she is claiming as such as we don't offer gift certificatesWe still allowed her to use it within a week of the event just trying to be nice and work with herIn addition she has slammed us all over the internet for no reasonShe is very vicious! It is very unfortunate that we have to deal with people with such as theseThere is no truth her complaint except one item that she got her money back when she disputed with her credit card agencyWe let her have it so that
we no longer have to deal with herShe has been nothing but problem from the time that she made the reservationFirst of all we are never late and we are always minutes earlyThe pick up was from Springfield Mall so maneuvering a passenger was not easy for the chauffeur as the lots were completely full and the turning radius was not easyThey came out of the mall minutes late so in reality we were there minutes before they came outDriver did not complainHe only acknowledged the statement by ***. Now why would be rude and question the behavior of the kids? They are there to have a good time right? Can you see how nasty and rude this customer is? She is referring to our amazing chauffeur as barkingNow you should have a clear idea as to apple does not fall to far from the treeMost of the kids were not behaving and were rue to my chauffeurThey were talking down on him and were disrespectful which at that point he brought it up to Shonetes attention so that she could talk to them and calm them down. This person is so sick that her complaint does not make any senseShe knew that we don't allow eating in our gorgeous limosWhy don't touch things? The limo does not have a sunroof it is an emergency exit so clearly they were told not to open it assuming it was a sunroofKids were asking about the aux cord so instead my driver politely showed them how the bluetooth worked and they started playing musicWhy would we put them out of the vehicle? As you can see this person is a complete liar and needs a psychological evaluation. She was the one who pulled the plug and canceled the ride because she was complaining to the driver that she doesn't really need the limo and wish she could get her money back and now she is coming up with all these excusesThat is after the driver was complaining to her about the kids rude and nasty behavior toward himShe started to call the company immediately after she canceled the service and released the driver demanding refundShe was blowing up our phone and was rude, nasty, belligerent and out of control and were cussing up over the phoneShe is a scary woman and we no longer trust her

I am rejecting this response because: the email evidence I presented proves that this was not a date certain for the service since I could not predict when the baby would be bornThe contract clearly states that we would call with 24-hours notice and that Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve would be blackout datesThere would have been no reason for that language if 12/was an exact, reserved date for the servicePresidential Limousine has called me slanderous names on the internet and telephoned my relatives using the same awful language about me.Emails I presented prove that Presidential Limousine never offered the service within one week - not sure how we would have taken advantage of that anyway with a new baby and mother recovering from surgery - but wanted to charge me an additional $and then an upcharge if the service was used in the future on a Friday or Saturday(I can also provide email proof that this charge was non-existent for the Friday reservation my friend tried to make and only $additional for the Saturday service.) Presidential Limousine has never acted in good faith in any way shape or form hereAny complaints about them on ***+ were met by highly personal attacks by Presidential Limousine with some complainants being called "fat," "too poor for limousine service," "crazy." There is no truth to this allegation, nothing but liesWe have been working with this individual until today 1/11/since November nonstopShe was very difficult to work withWe have gone above and beyond for herShe made the reservation for 12/and we gave her a week window to use it in
case the baby gets born on a different dateThis was NOT a gift certificateThe baby was born on 12/and no one informed usOn 12/and 29th we are calling the number on the contract for *** as well as the number for the passenger and we are emailing her and no response for solid daysShe has given us a wrong number for the passengerSo per our contract we showed up to find out the baby was already born. We still went above and beyond to let her use the limo again and to pay $to cover the driver next time and we will send her the limo for FREEWe think that is an awesome deal considering we already showed up onceWe also gave her an expiration date of March 31stover three months out and if it is a weekend use then there would be an additional $
