Subject: complaint# [redacted] Attn [redacted] Hi,I am trying to respond to complaint #since I couldn't get to it on timeThe coustomer called us on a special that we run on Furnice Tup for $We explained to her like we do with everybody just to come at your house and run diagnostics to your furnice we charge $there is no repairs, cleaning or adjustments included with thatWe do recall she called the next day and told the girl that answered the phone that our tech changed some part her Furnice is not workingThe girl read the invoice to her and told her the tech didn't change any parts he said you have problems with your thermostat he just cleaned the burners and ignition because she said her husband will take care of what needs to be changedThat was all nobody was rude to her and if the owner did not call back because who answered the phone explained to her that nothing was changed.Thanks, Owner [redacted] 8451Sent from my iPad
