Presence Health is a big corporation and it continues to grow rapidly, unfortunately in this cases the speed of some processes suffer, but we are also working towards the improvement of such. We constantly strive for excellence and customer satisfaction, we are very sorry this happened. We issued a refund check to the consumer, it was mailed out January 13, 2014 in the amount of $140.00 (Check Number XXXXX).
