We have had numerous e mails conversations with [redacted] .When a customer has any problems we address it right away.Sometimes the problem is in the Rx or height of readerMr [redacted] basically refused to allow us to help himWhen I spoke to him all hewanted to do was yell without helping himself or our company to find asolution.We emailed him to return the productWe have already ordered him 2new scuba masks and will credit him $for his lenses as soon aswe receive the products back from him.I do not know where he got the $amount he's requestedreturned.99.9% of our customers when having a problem allow us to askquestions and work on a solution for themMr [redacted] would noteven listen to reason though this would have helped him.We just ran his $credit and shipped his new masks back to Mr[redacted] He returned all the previous masks to us.I hope this settles his complaint.Thank You, [redacted] ***Enclosed with letter to Revdex.com, Original invoice to consumer and some ofthee mail correspondence between PDM & Mr [redacted] &His credit card credit receipt
