A Comfortable Climate did go to Ms. [redacted] house under her home warranty on 12/26/17 we figured out what was wrong advised homeowner what was wrong let her know that her furnace needed a cleaning and did offer to clean it for her for $75. She declined to have it cleaned we got the parts and...
fixed her furnace on 12/27/17. Ms. [redacted] called back on 12/28/17 and we got her back on the schedule at no charge on 12/29. The tech went out advised homeowner it was tripping on a limit again and she really needed to have her unit cleaned he reset the limit and the furnace worked. She called back on 1/2/18 and we advised her she really needed to have her unit cleaned and we told her to contact her home warranty company to get another claim issued if something else was wrong. We let her know we did half to advise her home warranty company that they took a vacuum and tried to clean the furnace there self. There home warranty company does not cover if the homeowner messes with there system or does not have it cleaned. We are contracted through there home warranty company so there issue is with there home warranty not with our company. The $100 deductible is there deductible through there home warranty and are required to pay it with there contract that is also an issue they will need to take up with there home warranty company. We are sorry that the customer is dissatisfied with out service, but we did try to let them know that there unit was very dirty and that was causing some of the issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business owner is making false claims and is trying to discredit us as individuals and work completed. Our warranty company sent out another vendor who finished the work they started at no charge under the warranty. A Comfortable Climate continually tried to sell additional services rather than finish the job. No vacuum was every used on the unit and the system was cleaned when we purchased the house in April. I do not seek additional service or funds from A Comfortable Climate. I wish to warn others seeking service from them.
