Very poor service! day before installing our quartz counters I inadvertantly found out that the premium quality countertop that I had ordered was not what was ordered and the owner had taken it upon himself to choose a totally different color and quality material without any consult with us !! Who does that when thousands of dollars are involved?
That was the beginning of our nightmare with this company Will never recommend them to anyone else!!
We Purchased quartz countertops from Premium Granite WorksThe owner was quick to close the sale and that's where any service endedWe placed our deposit in Dec with a first week of Jan installation dateThey never showed and never called....we had to call repeatedly as call backs just dont happenThey never showed on the next installation date and we had to chase them again Counters finally went in february....only problem was the counter was not cut to size properly
The counter chipped the first week of use from a coffee cupWe have been chasing these clowns for months to get it repairedThey never return calls and the owner is arrogant and quick to show attitude during conflict resolutionAvoid this unprofessional business at all costs!!!
We just had all our countertops replaced by Premium Granite Works INCand we can't express our gratitude for the amazing job they did! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the projectWe are completely satisfied and would highly recommend them
I had selected Premium Granite Works to do my countertops*** *** *** In view of my husband's recent death I asked for my deposit backThey say they they have already ordered in the material but the formal measurements were not to be done until early MAYNext monthApparently I won't get my $deposit back unless they can sell what they ordered inCompasion does not exist hereI will make sure anyone considering Premium Granite Works knows my story
My experience with this company was awful! During the installation of the granite they badly damaged one of my cabinets. They agreed to fix it but after a year of excuses they told me to get it fixed and they would pay for it. I had the cabinets repaired by the original cabinet supplier but PGW refused to pay for it all, They only paid me half of the invoice saying it was too high. I actually had to sue them in Small Claims Court at my expense to get them to own up. They finally did but it was ridiculous to have to go to that length in order to satisfy a very legitimate complaint.
