The location company that provides locations for all our customers has been alerted of customers issue They are diligently working on clients account

[redacted] has been notified by the location company that he will receive another location which does take time It can take up to days So clarify what [redacted] is saying about game playing which is to no avail true at all On another note a location can have low employee but very high employee can be a great location Foot traffic locations in the coffee business are excellent

In reponse to ID# [redacted] Our customer Mr [redacted] [redacted] is clearly stating he received his machines, he received his training, he received his products for both machines, and he has received locations from the location company that wanted his coffee machines Our customer Mr [redacted] was told locations would be in Poughkeepsie and that is exactly where he received his locations for his two coffee machines

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not being contacted by the location company, please call [redacted] *** to provide a location as per the agreements on the emailThe contact number is [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Our client [redacted] was provided with a fantastic location that has well over employees The location that was provided is only waiting for board to see exact dates of delivery It is a school location right in his same town Plus [redacted] has been provided with his machine, his product and has been trained on his coffee machine His contract has been completed

In response to ID# [redacted] Our customer Mr*** [redacted] has received everything that is written on his contract very clearly that he signed His contract clearly stipulates one coffee machine, one location, shipping, training and product included He has received each item The location company has provide Mr [redacted] two locations that wanted his coffee machine Mr [redacted] was also provided with training of showing him how to operate the machine along with product provided for his coffee machine We did mention to Mr [redacted] that if he wasn't interested in the first two locations that he was provided from the location company that they had no problem providing him with other locations Mr [redacted] is asking for a refund if he reviewed the contract and signed where it states no refunds under any circumstances and as well he has been provided with everything he has paid for

I am rejecting this response because: Premium Coffee Vending's response to me is untrue and unacceptable. I was promised two machines to be placed in two separate buildings at the Poughkeepsie *** plantPERIODThat's what was sold to me and that is what I picked. The company owner is lying and he knows itI have text messages from him proving that *** was the location I was receiving for my machines. This is a classic case of bait and switch. If he can't refund me my money for the machines I will be contacting the New Jersey Attorney General and my lawyer. My contract says that the location for my machines is a large software company in Poughkeepsie, NY aka ***. His best bet is to just make this right and settle it the easy way- refund the money.

in response to Gina T*** complaint ID# *** our customer entered into a coffee business with Premium Coffee Vending in purchasing two coffee machines, two locations, shipping included, along with providing training and providing the first time fill up on each time. Mrs, T*** has
received everything that she was told she was supposed to receive. Pertaining to her statement on the location that she was told she would be receiving she was told in a very professional manner with absolutely no yelling as stated that there was an issue with the medical facility with them not wanting to receive any coffee machines until further notice. That is the main reason why Mrs T*** received other locations that did want her coffee machines and were confirmed. In the contract she signed it clearly states that all locations provided are sent from a third party location company which is exactly what occurred. On another note we also sent our head tech to provide her training who also brought the products for both coffee machines and MrsT*** refused. Most important Premium Coffee Vending on good faith shipped Mrs T*** with her still owing $5, As you can see from the attached document Mrs T*** still owed $5,and she is complaining. Premium Coffee Vending is willing to make things right here with having the location company sending her new locations for the two coffee machines she still has possession of. Please see attached document of the contract that both parties have signed

Our customer has been emailed by the location company notifying him that they are working on providing a new location being that he rejected his first two locations that he was provided that wanted his machines
