Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am requesting that this complain remain open until the project is completedMy complaint was with regard to the timely completion of our Master Bathroom renovation by requesting attention to remaining tasks without the need for further rework or delaySince demolition of our existing Master Bath on August 1st, the project still remains incomplete There has been some progress toward completion and at this time a commitment for reinstallation and rework of remaining cabinetry issuesWe look forward to learning the schedule for remaining rework items and remain hopeful that Premiere will soon finish our project and earn our satisfaction.Sincerely, [redacted]

The workmanship warranty has expired over a year ago We have sent a plumber to determine the failure The warranty issue is with the manufacture Jacuzzi I have contacted the supplier [redacted] I am awaiting an answer from them
