Premiere came recommended from my cousin who uses them for everything on his property from clearing brush to cutting trees My experience for using them to trim a huge oak tree on my front lawn - A+ service, friendly workers, quick and courteous, and the clean up was amazing More importantly, they were cheaper than every other tree service I received a quote from

[redacted] and Premier Tree service are legit. Not only did they have the best price they did excellent work and were super neat. I would highly recommend that if your searching around for a tree service you call them. Im not related to them or don't know them but I find its very hard these days to find someone who does what he says. Very happy I have used them 3 times now.

I have delivered firewood to [redacted] each year for the past 4 or 5 years.  One year there was an issue with him not being able to light a fire a so I brought him additional wood at no charge.  Another year there was an issue with the wood being "too seasoned" and so we went back and replaced...

it at no charge.  This year we are told he cannot light a fire again?   The bottom line is there always seems to be an issue with this customer.  He purchased seasoned wood each and every year and received exactly that, including this year.  Clearly it is not possible to keep this individual satisfied and I no longer am willing to make concessions.My long track record with the Revdex.com speaks for itself and I am confident you will find in my favor.  This complaint is without merit, clearly this individual is not understanding how to start and maintain a fire?

Review: Premier Tree Service has been delivering our firewood for the last three years. Although their product was not always good in the past, the [redacted] of the company ([redacted]) did make an effort to solve any problems. Not this time: they have delivered a full cord of wood that simply won't burn (unless we spend a couple of hours adding papers and starters) and the company/[redacted] just won't return calls. It seems to us that this company has knowingly delivered a bad product and taken our money, now leaving us stuck with a cord of wood that is pretty much useless and, to add more offense, not even caring to discuss the issue.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the money spent in this wood ($180) and, if possible, taking back the wood that we have not burned yet.
