I do not understand why this is continuingBottom line I requested a level RV pad and he admits to making a sloping drivewayOtherwise why would he have to keep coming back to the house trying to correct his mistakeI told him from the beginning I needed a level padWhy was this so hard for him to understand and create? The other contractor did exactly what I requested with no problemAs far as expense to the defendant, none of this would be happening if he would have done the job correctly from the beginningWhy would he have needed to create a ramp if he had created a level RV padHe was trying to correct his mistakeHad he listened to what I needed there would not be this issueI have never had such a horrible experience with having a job doneThere is no libel in any of my statementsHe did a horrible job, he did lie to visa stating I was satisfied with his work, none of this would be happening if he made a level RV padI did stop payment on visa because he took over weeks to remove the pad which he offered to doI have witnesses that heard him offer to remove the sloping drivewayIn fact he was red faced and angry and called it a sombitchI paid for a level pad and that wasn't what he didHe did damage the retaining wall with his jack hammeringAnd he left his mess for me to clean upHe is not honest, if he was he would refund my money, but no he wants to keep it even though he did not do the right thingHe never listened to what I wanted and poured what he wantedI kept explaining I needed level in order for the RV to be levelHow hard is that? He also did not mentioned he sent me threatening texts about my google review of his shoddy workI am taking this personally and so is my bank accountHe called me difficult, and that is a huge untruthI just wanted what I paid for and he did not provide thatI am out $for nothing but grief from himThis response is factual not skewed like he is implyingHe did not do the job right and is trying to cover his tracksPeriodThis is all on him and his poor sense of what is level and what is slopedPlease refund my money and this will all be over with
Once again let me reiterate we tried on numerous occasions to satisfy the customers requirementsShe needs to revisit her timeline, after she said she could not level her RV we poured another extension rampIn making this ramp for this customer, which she agreed to, and also agreed to pay half for the changes, but in fact we paid for the total concrete and laborAt this point the customer stated the ramp was not going to work and that she and the homeowner wanted the whole slab torn out, so that's what we started to do, but half way through the process the customer stopped payment with our credit card processing provider, so we stopped work at *** *** *** *** ** ***, until this was resolvedI removed the concrete because that's what they asked forIf there is damage as she states to the retaining wall I need to see before and after pictures, she's had other contractors working on the property as well
I also thought theses responses were to be factual and not personal, I take issue with her calling me "stubborn" and "non truthful contractor", I am standing up for our work and disputing an untrue claim, this is unfair for her to make a personal statement like thisThis customer is also stating lies about me, she has stated on our Google reviews page that I "lied to VISA", I've given the credit card dispute team and Revdex.com the same information, the same text strings, and the same pictures, they have made their own decisions, I've lied to no oneI take extreme offensive to this! I've texted this customer making her aware she had better have proof I've lied to anyone before it is posted on the internet, this is libel
I did the job correctly, I did exactly as I and the customer discussed when we walked the job

As an additional note, HE (***) admits to making the driveway slope according to industry standards, in his response to my complaintBut that is for driveways not a level stand alone RV pad/slabIt was my intent to have a level rv pad so I can live in the RVHe knew all that and still did what he wanted to doI am not a difficult person, he did the job how he wanted to do it, not what I requestedI don't know about you all but I cant afford to pay this much money for someone else's mistakeI do not have any of his work on the property and I am due a refundHe is the difficult oneI have had no problems with the other contractor and the RV pad is level and working greatThe other contractor did exactly what I asked for so I don't know why it was such an issue with ***
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a credit back on my credit card yet from the contractor who did such a poor job.
Sincerely,

We tried to satisfy all of the requests of this particular customer, but for inaccuracies and non truths to be told, I will not have our reputation damaged by this person in this manner. Ever effort was made to ensure this customer received what they were requesting, I have a picture of the pour...
that will be included in this response as well as text messages that say the slab "I like..looks great". Which was sent to them and they responded to, which I can prove via text messages. We use the industry standard of 1/4" of slop per every 4', at no instance does this slab have 12" of slope. We added a ramp at the customer's request, from a meeting that happened on August 3, 2015, which was covered in cost completely by us, in another effort to satisfy this customer. Again the concrete was partially removed at the customers request after the ramp was installed, we stopped this work after it was discovered the customer had stopped payment via credit card. We've been pouring concrete for over 10 years, this customer is our first difficulty in that time span, we strive to do quality work and will continue to do so.
Sincerely,

I requested a level RV pad. He poured a sloped driveway because he would not listen and did what he wanted to do. Not what I requested nor should have to pay for. I am not damaging his reputation, he did not do the job correctly. If he had done the job right he would not have had to come back numerous times to correct his mistake. His response is not accurate at all. I can provide witnesses. Had he done the job correctly and poured what I requested none of this would be happening and he would not have had to try to correct his error. I do not understand why he insists I am difficult. He did the job wrong and is now making it look like I am difficult. He is even now sending threatening texts and saying he is going to sue me. The picture he is referring to, is over a phone and I did not see it in person nor use it because I was not allowed to get on the slab for 8 days after the picture was taken. Then it was very evident it was not going to work for the RV. It was not level it sloped over a foot from back to front. I can provide the rest of the texts from the very day I was allowed on the slab. And all the other texts. Just because I say in one text it looks great does not mean that it would work and was not what I requested. He does not mention the fact how many times he had to try to correct his mistake which took over a month. He also does not mention that he offered to remove the slab, which I and the home owners agreed to.Then he jack hammered the driveway up and left it for me to clean up. It was a horrible ordeal having to try to resolve this with someone who wont listen nor understand what level is. He also damaged the retaining wall when he jack hammered but of course he does not mention this. He is the difficult one and I have never had to deal with such a stubborn, non professional non truthful contractor. I also paid for another RV pad that is level at a fraction of the cost he over charged me for. I have had no problem with the other contractor at all. The pad is level and exactly what I asked for. I should not be expected to pay for something that wasn't right to begin with and now not there. Bottom line is his work wasn't done properly, is not on the property and a credit is due.
We have responded to this complaint, we stand by our earlier responses to this customer; we see this as an no-win situation and no other responses are warranted for her false inaccuracies and non proof accusations any further.
