also spoke to the patient and explained that she was actively working with the vendor to get the matter resolvedThe patient was not happy that the money could not be credited back immediately, however, that option was not possible. Premier Physicians has a third party vendor which the credit card transactions are processed through. The patient was double changed in error. The Billing Manager spoke to the patient's bank to confirm this and reassured that the matter will get resolved. The Billing...

Manager also spoke to the patient and explained that she was actively working with the vendor to get the matter resolved. The patient was not happy that the money could not be credited back immediately, however, that option was not possible. 
On 2/1/16, the third party vendor was able to credit the patient back his $25 directly to his credit card. The patient was notified and matter is resolved.
