sorry for delay this email was going to my spam file Mr and Mrs [redacted] are very nice and very patient Yes the glass was wrong and yes it took forever to get replacement glass for the door, the vendor was out of stock on glass, with multiple delays beyond our controlwe did offer to replace the glass with a differant model but they chose to wait well the wait is finally over ,the new glass was installed 12//..THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR AND MRS [redacted] ...AND SO SORRY FOR THAT DELAY HAPPY NEW YEAR !
