Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/27) */ I spoke to customer on 10/at approximately pm regarding her concerns This vehicle was purchased on 08/23.The vehicle was sold with full disclosure including a signed copy of car fax.We were only made aware of customers dissatisfaction on 10/I immediately called customer and have offered to fix her navigation unit and or help with reimbursement for repairs. We believe we have resolved customers concerns and she will contact me when repairs have been made for reimbursement Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/11/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Over this weekend I got my oil changed because it was due only to find ANOTHER issue AS IN the car was sold to me without disclosing that my Audi awas missing a cap off the "oil filter housing" that covers the quick drain(is that even legal?!) and you can't just buy the cap, I found out you have to buy the entire oil filter housing in order to replace it I was NOT "fully disclosed" that the car had unsafe non manufactured wiring under the dash, I was not disclosed that there was a "wheelz drive box" (taxi) wired into the car NOR WAS I DISCLOSED that there was issue with the head light and that the sunroof clips where broken (which isn't an easy fix) nor was ANY of the this disclosed to me in person or on the carfaxBecause IF IT WAS disclosed to me I would have NEVER bought this car and WE wouldn't be in this situation Also I was NOT "immediately" contactedI called multiple times during a week span with my concerns and was told someone would be calling me back but no one did until after I posted a review about my existence with this dealership I am requesting $(negotiable) be refunded back to meThat should cover the cost of what's being done to the car and put it at the value I think it's worth I will acknowledge that I have spoken with " [redacted] C" after the fact and did offer to fix the navigation and reimburse but only if I could submit receipts, however my fiancée is a certified Porsche and Audi technician who works on my car during his down time so who's going to reimburse him for all the time he has had to put into this car?! Obviously it makes no sense to drive hours back to a dealership when I have a certified Audi technician And yes I did buy the car on August 23, and in less then MONTHS I've had all these issues that should have been disclosed so I could've avoided all of this!

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Over this weekend I got my oil changed because it was due only to find ANOTHER issue AS IN the car was sold to me without disclosing that my Audi 2006 a3 was missing a cap off the "oil filter housing" that covers the quick drain. (is that even legal?!) and you can't just buy the cap, I found out you have to buy the entire oil filter housing in order to replace it.
I was NOT "fully disclosed" that the car had unsafe non manufactured wiring under the dash, I was not disclosed that there was a "wheelz drive box" (taxi) wired into the car NOR WAS I DISCLOSED that there was issue with the head light and that the sunroof clips where broken (which isn't an easy fix) nor was ANY of the this disclosed to me in person or on the carfax. Because IF IT WAS disclosed to me I would have NEVER bought this car and WE wouldn't be in this situation.
Also I was NOT "immediately" contacted. I called multiple times during a week span with my concerns and was told someone would be calling me back but no one did until after I posted a review about my existence with this dealership.
I am requesting $3500 (negotiable) be refunded back to me. That should cover the cost of what's being done to the car and put it at the value I think it's worth.
I will acknowledge that I have spoken with "[redacted] C" after the fact and did offer to fix the navigation and reimburse but only if I could submit receipts, however my fiancée is a certified Porsche and Audi technician who works on my car during his down time so who's going to reimburse him for all the time he has had to put into this car?!
Obviously it makes no sense to drive 3 hours back to a dealership when I have a certified Audi technician.
And yes I did buy the car on August 23, 2015 and in less then 2 MONTHS I've had all these issues that should have been disclosed so I could've avoided all of this!
