I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Their response is not trueTheir initial quote to ship my motorcycle was for approximately $and I didn't see any of their listings for pricing that included a sidecar so I called them to make sure they were aware of the sidecar that was attached to the motorcycle and the complete circumstances for which they were being hired to transport it to my house in Colorado - ie:I was unable to license the vehicle for use on public highwaysAt that time, the rate went up from $to approximately $due to the sidecar - which was perfectly understandable and acceptableThey were well aware of the exact make and model of the motorcycle and the attached sidecar within an hour of the time that I placed the request for their services and then proceeded to send a truck to pick it up that wasn't properly equipped to do the job so they stopped all communication with me until I contacted the Revdex.com and filed a complaintThen they tried to say that they were unable to pick the motorcycle up from the current location because their truck wasn't able to get to the location butFor an increased rate of $1900, they could get a larger truck to that location and fulfill their agreement with meAt that point, I canceled my service agreement and found a different company that was competent enough to handle the situation for practically the same rate as they had originally agreed upon before I flew back to Colorado and was at their mercy due to the distance from the vehicleIncidentally the company that was able to perform the service was *** and their rate was $and they were able to back their semi trailer to the bike's location which was four houses from the main highway and picked it up right on schedule and without any incident whatsoeverI will never do business with the likes of Premier Motorcycle Transport ever again nor will I recommend their unprofessional services to anyone including my worst enemyYou cannot get in touch with them on the phone and they will not respond to your emails because of the poor quality of service they provide and the bold faced lies which they tell in a feeble attempt to cover their own assets, if you willWorst customer service experience I've ever had in my years on this planet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This response from Premier Motorcycle Transport is completely unacceptable This contract should be null and void because I was deceived and made verbal promises by them that were not keptSuch as these bikes would be individually crated, and they weren'tAlso, these bikes were supposed to be taken out of their crates in San Diego, inspected for damage and then re-cratedI have asked for copies of those reports and they will not provide them to meLine of the contract states; Shipper or co-signee shall inspect the vehicle using the same standards as were used at the originThe same standards could not be used at the time of delivery because they were filthyWhen the bikes were inspected at the port of origin they were spotlessWhen they were delivered to me they had about weeks of dust and dirt on themSo no! The same standards could not be used, and the damage could not be seen due to the dirt on themI know line states that the shipper is not liable for damages that were not seen due to dirt, and were found after the customer signed for the vehicleWell, how on earth would a customer be able to inspect their vehicle "using the same standards" as when shipped THE SHIPPER SPECIFIED THAT THE BIKES MUST BE SPOTLESS WHEN DROPPED OFF FOR SHIPPING! Wouldn't it stand to reason that they must ALSO be spotless when delivered? THIS is very unethical and calls into the question the VALIDITY of the contract The bottom line is they are probably gonna get away with this legally, but people should know they are not going to meet their end of the bargain and have unethical practicesAlso, I wrote a negative review that should have been posted on their web-siteBut when I go to the site I can't read it, because you don't have the ability to read ALL the reviews, just the good onesImagine that! This company is definitely misleading peopleand I feel I was taken advantage of So now I am on a mission to get the word out that this company is shady and will rip you off

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Premier Motorcycle Transport refused to honor their original quoted price of $1,140.00 - which was negotiated and agreed upon while I was still in Ashburnham, MA. Once my 90 year old father and I took a flight back home to Colorado, they sent a small delivery truck to pick up the 1996 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic motorcycle with the attached Ultra Classic Sidecar and the liftgate on the delivery truck wasn't big enough to lift the motorcycle and sidecar into the truck. At first they claimed that there was "no way to pick up the motorcycle and sidecar at that location" and it would need to be taken to a different location in order for them to ship it to my home in Colorado. I informed them that it could not be relocated due to the fact that there were no licence plates on the vehicle at this time because Massachusetts does not issue a temporary licence plate for any vehicles and that's why I hired their services to ship the bike to me instead of my father and I riding it home like we had originally planned to do. They then sent me another service agreement to sign authorizing them to provide their service and sent me a copy of the updated shipping quote which had been increased to $1,895.00 and would be shipped using their associate company, RoadRunner Auto Transport instead. It was still going to be picked up at the same location as the original quote at [redacted]I informed them that their price increase was unacceptable and that they needed to stick to their original price which we had agreed on prior to my return home 2200 miles away and they refused to honor their original agreed upon rate.I contacted two other motorcycle transport services and reached an agreement with Haul Bikes ([redacted] - Phone: ###-###-####) who agreed to pick the motorcycle and attached sidecar at the current location for $1,200.00 and stated that it would be picked up within 3-5 days.Premier Motorcycle Transport was nearly impossible to reach by telephone to discuss the problem and would not return any of my calls at any time. I sat on hold in excess of 30 minutes on four different occasions and resulted in getting a message that due to high call volume they were unable to take my call at this time and hung up on after wasting my time on hold and I would have to start all over trying to contact them.Haul Bikes, on the other hand, answered their phones promptly and put me right through to a customer service representative who quickly and professionally took care of my situation in two phone calls and have already informed me that my bike has been picked up and was in transit to my home. I would do business with Haul Bikes again without hesitation. They operated their business in an efficient and professional manner at all times.
