Dear Revdex.com, If you, the Revdex.com, are not going to print our response (apparently we no longer live in America [what are you so afraid of]) and since you, the Revdex.com, seem to know what our response should and should not say, why don't you just write the response yourself! Furthermore, if you eventually put as our response that we did not respond (I'm keeping very careful track of all of this), that would be a great big lie and certainly grounds for us to file further complaints against you, the Revdex.com, with the Federal Trade Commission ([email protected]) or better yet, maybe it is something that we need to bring to the attention of local media (lord knows we do enough advertising, so I am sure that there's plenty of media out there that would be more than happy to look into this for us [have you ever Googled "Revdex.com" and seen the number of complaints against "Revdex.com"])!?! Either print our response as is (nobody edited what the complainant submitted) or stop sending us complaints!!! My grandparents emigrated from Russia for a reason (they would be so sad and disappointed to see what has happened to America [what are you so afraid of])!?! Thanks!!! Review: We rented 2 Limos for my daughter's wedding on Saturday, August 8, 2013 (last Saturday). Several months prior to her wedding we went to Premier Limo in Berlin to arrange for the wedding. We "took the tour" of 2 different party bus limos. One was not appealing at all, and the other one was satisfactory. So, we booked that particular party bus. The day of the wedding, the Bus limo brought the wedding party to the venue. The complaint: The limo had no liquor (not even champagne) equipped in it at all. Nowhere on the contract does it say it is NOT equipped with alcohol at all. If we had know, we would have supplied at least a bottle of champagne. Next complaint: There was NO music on the bus at all. The radio speakers did not work. Next complaint: The bathroom door was broken. The door kept swinging in and out constantly the whole ride. For this money we paid, this ride should have been a pleasant one. It wasn't. I called the company early Monday morning (August 5). The "manager" of the "Buses" told me not to call the Revdex.com yet. He would "investigate" and call me back. Several hours went by, (like all day), and he finally called me back at the very end of the day, and told me that the speakers were brand new from that Friday before the wedding, and they were not broken. He also told me that I can come take a tour of the bus myself because the bathroom door was not broken. He, (his name was [redacted]), took all day to get back to me for a reason. Maybe they FIXED the broken speakers AND the bathroom door during the entire day to be so willing for me to "come and see" that the door isn't broken? The entire wedding party would not have complained if there was nothing to complain about. I want a refund. It was very expensive, especially since I ordered 2 limos for that day, not just one. We had no complaints about the passenger limo. Thank you.

Response:
Premier Limousine would like to acknowledge that we have received the complaint and will be working diligently in house with our managers to resolve this matter. I will follow up with additional information before the deadline submitted on your original notification.
Thank you
I had reserved a 28 passenger shuttle bus for a group trip to a baseball game (date 9/25/14). Everything leading up to the event was pleasant, as well on event day. However, 6 days after the event, an unexpected charge had shown up on my banking statement. When I called to inquire about the charge (date 10/6/14), I was told it was because we arrived 2 hours later than the expected time (we did not arrive THAT late). I was never informed of potential charges for late arrivals at anytime before, during or after the trip, until I noticed the charge on my account. The resolution on this day was that the GPS log and phone call recordings would be reviewed and I would get a call back in a couple days. With no response in over a week, I attempted to call back and left voicemails for 2 people on the morning of 10/15/14. Again with no return call, I called again the next day (10/16/14) and finally spoke with someone in Accounting. To her, it seems like it didn't matter if I was informed about any additional charges. Because we arrived an hour later than expected (this was far more accurate than their original 2 hour late statement), she insisted the charge was valid. Eventually, when I flat out demanded a refund, she informed me she did not have the authorization to do so. She transferred me to a manager, to whom I am still waiting for a return call from.
In short, my complaint is that my card was charged for something I was not informed of, nor did I give authorization for the charge. Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the company.
Review: On 10/14/14 I requested via the company's website for a limousine to pick me up on 10/16 at JFK upon arrival at the terminal and to drive me to Bolton, CT. Confirmation was to be given by e-mail promptly. Not having received confirmation by next day, I phoned the company from Europe and made the reservation again. I was asked for a form of payment and I said "cash" which was unacceptable, and I gave my credit card number. Upon arrival after 4 pm at JFK on 10/16, a 4-passenger sedan met me and drove me to Bolton, arriving between 8-9 pm. The driver handed me a form to sign on which I did not see the amount being charged. I asked him about it, but he said something to the effect that he doesn't know the amount charged and his job is to collect the signature upon arrival. I was not going to argue with the driver over a business office issue and considering my own safety and the late hour, I signed the form. Some time later, I checked my credit card account in the Internet and saw that an unidentified $361.84 was posted on 10/15. I requested a description of the amount and learned that it was a charge by Premier Limousine. Thereafter, I asked Premier Limousine via its website for a 4-passenger sedan service one-way and how much it would cost. On 11/1, I received a reply and the amount quoted was $244.00. On 11/05, I e-mailed the company, explaining the service I had been given and the amount billed on my charge account, asking the company to credit my charge account for $114.84 (the additional $3.00 charged on the account was identified as a fee). My account was credited by the amount I requested and I sent a follow-up e-mail to the company on 11/10. Today I checked my charge account again, and no credit has been posted.Desired Settlement: "Desired settlement" above.

Review: I was planning on having a limo service for our upcoming wedding. I heard about Premier Limousine on the radio and decided to give them a call. I booked my 8 passenger limousine on March 27th at 7:36pm (the wedding date is April 26th), and was charged the full $530.69 immediately on my card. I saw in their policies that they would normally take a $200 deposit, but at the time of my call they told me I was required to pay the full amount. After going through our finances, I saw we were getting a bit stretched, and something had to go. Since the limousine was the LAST thing I booked, we decided that would be what we cut back on.I called Premier Limousine on March 29th at 2:54pm to cancel. When I asked the woman whom I spoke to about when I would be refunded for the booking, she told me there needed to be manager approval, and she would email my cancellation invoice to the manager, and they would be in touch.I used to work as a manager for Pier 1 Imports for 3 and a half years, and completely understand that some decisions need to be made by the manager, so that was totally understandable. Please note the timeline of phone calls and booking. I had this reservation for LESS than 48 hours. This was not a reservation that had been on the books for months, let alone weeks, and cancelled at the last moment.I waited a few days, but was never contacted.I called Premier Limousine again on April 2nd. I spoke to another operator who said the manager had to approve any and all refunds, and that since I did not get a response, she would print out my invoice and place it on the managers desk. She also re-emailed me the cancellation invoice. I have saved all 3 invoices I have received, because during this call, I noticed the new invoice has a different date of cancellation, being April 2nd, and NOT March 29th. Since I still have yet to speak with anyone other than an operator, I do not know if they will try and twist the sequence of events in their favor. But I have the invoices just in case.I STILL did not get contacted by a manager. So I called again on April 7th, at 9:00am. I spoke with [redacted], who was very pleasant, but again could not do any more for me than tell me she would print the invoice and physically hand it to the manager. I was told the manager, [redacted] (who's name I only NOW received) was busy on the phone and would call me back shortly.Still not being contacted, I called AGAIN at 11:30am, and this time after telling the operator how many times I have called, and how long it's been since I cancelled the booking, she transferred me to [redacted] extension. The operator told me [redacted] was currently on the phone, but if I did not mind waiting, I could remain on hold until [redacted] was done. Absolutely! I thought I would definitely be able to speak to the manager if I just waited. No such luck, I was on hold for maybe 5 minutes maximum before the operator came back and told me the phone call was going to take a while and that [redacted] would call me back shortly when she was finished. My call was never returned. I spoke with my lawyer, who advised me to dispute the transaction, and she would write a letter letting Premier Limousine know that if myself or my lawyer were not contact by Wednesday April 9th, that actions would be taken. I tried calling again on April 9th to speak with Lori, and I was told again that she was on the phone and would return my call. April 9th came and went, with no response, so I find myself here.It is apparent that my refund is not something they are willing to glance at, let alone deal with. I am given excuse after excuse, and frankly I'm not really sure what the manager does while avoiding customer calls. A situation like mine, where the reservation was for such a short period of time, I would hope they would not have a problem refunding a service that they have not provided. The most that was done, was my name entered into a computer, and my credit card charged immediately. I was not told at the time of booking of any cancellation policy, let alone that if I did cancel I would not be refunded at all. All I was told was that since the date of booking was under 30 days, I was required to pay the full amount. I was hoping to resolve this situation myself, however Premier Limousine seems to have customer service at the bottom of their list. Though the operators whom I spoke to were polite, they were still just playing middle men between the customer and the manager. No company should be able to avoid their customers when they see fit. When I began to have a feeling I was not going to hear from this elusive manager, I began looking up reviews for Premier Limousine. I found a number of complaints, as well as an "F" rating from the Revdex.com. One complaint in particular was almost identical to mine. However they were able to speak to a manager, and were promised a refund, but they never received it. They began jumping through the same hoops that I currently am. I will include copies of these reviews with my submission.Premier Limousine has been given more time than any business should to get back to their customers, as well as more than enough chances to resolve this issue themselves. By avoiding my calls and my lawyer's attempts at contacting them, they have proven to me that their standards for conducting business are those which I never want to encounter again.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full amount that I was charged on my credit card, being $530.69. If my request gets approved, and any interest on that charge has acrued, I would also like the interest refunded. However, I am hoping this moves quickly. If nothing else, I just want my money back.
