Revdex.com Case # ***
Complaint: Damage to Willow tree
Response: We completely understand a trees root system. However, in order to run underground
irrigation lines to a specific area in the lawn, we may have
to go around a tree. Where the roots are located underground, there is no way for us to know their location or avoid cutting through some of them. You stated you contacted *** *** *** who advised you that the tree would survive. They gave you an estimate to treat the tree, however, to my knowledge, it was never treated. It has been four years and you state the tree is still surviving
Complaint: Damage to utility lines
Response: We had all the public utility lines marked by *** *** in advanced of any digging in your yard. We severed the telephone line because it was not
properly markedAs *** *** markings are often off by several feet, we are required to hand dig inches on either side of the markings to insure we do not sever a line. In this case, the telephone line was more than inches from the markingIf it would have been within the inches, I would have been billed by *** for the damage as being the contractor on the ticket. I personally contacted *** and had the line replaced within two days. You also stated that we severed an invisible fence. This is a private line and not a public utility line and therefore, is not marked by *** ***. It was your responsibility to mark this line,
which you didHowever, it was incorrectly marked and we severed the line. I then took it upon myself to repair the line. You had *** *** come out and inspect the line. I contacted and spoke with *** of *** *** who assured me that there was nothing wrong with the fence and it was working properly
Complaint: Premier Irrigation returned several times for repairs
Response: You were given a six month warranty with the purchase of adding on to your existing irrigation system, which includes any
part malfunctions or adjustments needed, including laborWe returned a couple of times to make adjustments, repair a fitting that came loose and replace a
valve box top that your new puppy chewed off along with the wiring inside the box, all times with no questions asked as well as within a two day time period
I feel that went above and beyond my responsibility to *** *** in providing service for installing and servicing the addition to his irrigation system. It has been four years since his addition to his irrigation was installed. I have returned to his home on several separate occasions, after 2010, to perform additional services not related to the installation of his backyard, and he did not register any of the complaints that have been made to the Revdex.com

Review: I contracted with Premier Irrigation for the installation of a backyard irrigation system. The [redacted], [redacted], was given specific instructions regarding mature trees and their root systems. Specifically a mature and beautify Weeping Willow in the back left corner of the backyard. The [redacted] was informed and the roots were visually inspected not to sever any of the roots. His failed to adhere to my instructions and severed a main root. His actions caused the Weeping willow to going immediately into a deep shock and drop many of its leaves. I called in an arbor expert to inspect the tree and assess the health of the Weeping Willow. I was assured that the tree would survive. It continues to survive. however the Weeping Willow has NEVER returned to its former glory and beauty. I find however that I must be vigilant I my inspection of the tree after severe wind storms. All costs associated with the inspection and and subsequent health of the were deducted from the contracted cost of installation. The [redacted], [redacted], additionally severed our telephone land-line, cable service and invisible fence despite the [redacted] markings.
Secondarily, the [redacted] was asked to return to repair a connection in the irrigation system that had separated. To my best knowledge, the joint was not broken but separated due to lack of appropriate adhesion. The [redacted] was asked to return to adjust and or repair the system more than should have been required. I have not nor will not ever recommend Premier Irrigation to any neighbors, friends or colleagues. I find fault with Premier Irrigation and the referring associate irrigation company, [redacted] who service my area of residency.Desired Settlement: "Buyer/consumer beware"
