Premier Financial Solutions has attempted to contact the consumer on several occasions since then and as recently as 11/06/Multiple messages have been left and all have gone unansweredAs a result of the consumer's failure to communicate, the outstanding balance has been listed with the credit bureauWe will gladly reverse any incorrect information and or listing upon receipt of documentation showing proof of paymentAn itemized statement was mailed to the address on record, but we will be happy to send it again along with her copy of this response

I did not offer to pay $a monthI was waiting for an itemized statement that I never receivedI spoke to a man named Brandon, and he said Grant Mercantile sold my account to themHe never once mentioned they are contracted with the medical groupI then contacted Grant Mercantile to ask themThey said as I have mentioned before, they do not sell accountsAt this point it does not matter, as I have also mentioned before, I paid the account in full on November 17, I owe nobody anything, and I want this resolved with P.F.SI want them to destroy my information and leave me alone

The account with Community Medical Center has been satisfied and no longer need to collect from consumerIt will not be reported on their creditIf something does generate prior to agreement we agree to remove anything that has to do with this accountIf any, references reported to credit bureau will be removedThe consumer agreed to close the case with the Revdex.com
