This is to warn everyone...these guys are very unreliable and have false advertisement. Initially, it seems like a good deal, but then the incomplete paperwork and incomplete parts make it not worth it. We were sold a car that needed a foglight replacement in other to pass inspection for Maryland and was promised that we would have the foglight between 2/3 days after we purchased the vehicle, but it never came. We ended up almost missing our inspection deadline in Maryland, we got the foglight @the dealership and was promised reimbursement by Nas and JJ(finance director), after turning in our receipts we never heard back and the lies started.
One story after the other, till now we have not received our refund. Please don't trust these folks at premiere auto... It's a shady business.
This dealership is what it says it is. Be very careful.
PLEASE BE WARNED!

Dear Revdex.comMy name is [redacted] and im the owner and dealer operator
of Premier Automotive. ON June 4, 2015 [redacted] purchased a [redacted]
VIN [redacted] from our dealership AS-IS with no
warranty. The vehicle has not been in a severe accident in...
which it was
rebuilt, dismantled, and or reconstructed. The vehicle was financed through
[redacted] and they will not finance any vehicle that has a
rebuilt/salvage title. It had 1 accident/damage reported in which the vehicle
was involved in a right front impact and the airbags did not deploy meaning the
impact was not great enough for the airbags to have been deployed. The customer
stated [redacted] has informed her of the severe damage but as shown in the
appraisal letter from [redacted], they had not stated anything about severe damage,
rebuilt, dismantled, and or reconstructed. The customer also stated she wasn’t
given the [redacted] report, but she was provided with the report prior to her
purchasing the vehicle and was aware of the previous accident, and was given
another copy when she came in the second time. We sold this vehicle AS-IS with
no warranty, and the customer was aware before purchasing the vehicle. In good
faith we offered to help her out with some issues she was having with the
vehicle after the purchase. We took the vehicle ourselves to [redacted] to have it
checked out and paid from our pocket to fix the tire pressure light. We also took
her vehicle in for an alignment and wheel balance to fix the shaking issue. We found
no issues with the brakes. We stand behind our product and believe there are no issues
whatsoever with this vehicle. We were given a call 2 days after she purchased asking
what our return policy was and she was told the deal was final and she was just
wondering if there was any way to return it. I believe this shows she has been
trying to return the vehicle since she purchased it because she did not want to
make a payment. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
give me a call at [redacted].

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution and never sought anything other than this not happen to another military member seeking HOME OF RECORD filing for registration and titling. You see, the appropriate response should have been for Premiere Automotive to seek what they required as documentation for my HOME OF RECORD which I could have easily provided for them as I receive what is called a Leave and Earnings Statement from the government that states specifically the state in which I file my taxes, which so happens to be WI which is what I was contractually taxed as appropriate. I have bought several vehicles while I have been in the military and each one has been registered and titled in WI. To me, Premiere Automotive sought the easy way for them. At no time was I notified that this wouldn't be possible to do otherwise I would have sought conclusion through additional paperwork (e.g., providing a LES to Premiere Automotive or tax filings) or would have never done business with Premiere Automotive. Assuming Premiere Automotive has dealt with this before, being a USAA recommended dealer, I think they would have their procedures aligned as appropriate especially when my wife and I ask numerous times prior to signing the contract that we would have the vehicle registered and titled in WI. I eagerly await a response.

[As stated in the complaint ID [redacted] presented me with a [redacted] which stated the [redacted] was in a serious accident which caused the vehicle to be disable, dismantle, and rebuilt with after market parts. I have documents which shows the serious accident the [redacted] [redacted] was in on 1/28/2013. Premier Auto didn't provide me any documentation stating this vehicle was in a prior accident before purchase. I requested the history of this vehicle and was given the [redacted] Buyback Guarantee Report. At this time I am requesting to return the [redacted] back to Premier Auto based on failure to present tags within a certain timeframe. Premier Auto has violated by law. Currently, the vehicle is parked with expired tags and I am paying for a parked vehicle in which I cannot drive due to Premier Auto violation. By law its required tags are given within a timeframe and Premier Auto violated those rights. Since the violation I have the right to return the vehicle. I have all proof such as documentation stating this vehicle has been in a sever accident. If this is not handle within a certain timeframe legal action will take place.] A witness was present when this all took place. The vehicle is not worth what was financed based on [redacted] appraisal.

Mr. [redacted], When you purchased the vehicle, you provided us with a Virginia address, Virginia driver's license, and you had signed a title application for Virginia DMV. When someone registers a vehicle, they cannot simply choose to register in whichever state they want to. You need...
legal documentation showing proof of residency for whichever state you wish to register in. You provided all documentation for Virginia, and we could not register the vehicle in Wisconsin as you requested. As a USAA certified dealer, it is our responsibility to provide the bank with a secure lien on the title, and in this case which we have done. Now USAA is in possession of the title, and we cannot do anything in this matter. You can contact USAA directly to see what the procedure is in order to have it transferred to your desired state. -Premier Automotive INC
Review: I purchased a vehicle from Premier Auto Inc. On two occasion I had to take the vehicle back to them for service, the next day and a week later. Come to find out from [redacted] this vehicle was in a major accident disable, savage, and re-built with after market parts. Dealership didn't inform me prior to purchasing this vehicle. Ask for Premier Auto Inc for a [redacted] report they gave me a [redacted] Buy Back Guarantee report instead. I'm paying a car note on a parked vehicle with no tags and expired tags. I cant drive the vehicle I purchased due to negligent from Premier Auto Inc, bad business from Premier Auto Inc, and failure to provide me with prior vehicle history from Premier Auto Inc. Premier Auto Inc will not communicate with me nor answer my emails. When the vehicle was giving me issues I ask to return the vehicle but Andy the finance manager from Premier Auto Inc informed me the deal is done and closed. I informed Premier Auto Inc that this vehicle was giving me trouble and I would like to return it before 15 days occurred. Also, I informed Premier Auto inc [redacted] appraised the vehicle and the vehicle lost its value due to the prior accident Premier Auto Inc failed to inform me. The vehicle is not worth what is financed its lower due to accident. Premier Auto Inc took advantage of the deal and sold me problems for the present and future.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the vehicle to Premier Auto and get my full down payment back and any car payments I've made on this vehicle I am requesting paid back to me.
