This company is a scam.....failed to pick up my vehicle twice and at this time have not issued a refund for the depositCustomer service sucks.....all their employees are highly trained in lying to the customerAlso, no communication with the customer what so ever......I wouldn't trust them to move a skate board!!
PLEASE do not use this company!! They gave me a written contract stating that we were to pay the driver $1,upon delivery When the driver delivered the vehicle, he had a written contract from Premier showing that he was to be paid an amount several hundred dollars more When I was FINALLY able to get someone from Premier to talk to me, the representative told me we should not have paid the driver any more money He said that was a problem between Premier and the driver I have copies of both written contracts This company lies to drivers and their customers You can contact the drivers yourself, you do NOT need these "middle men" to have a car shipped PLEASE do not use this company
Complete con artists This is how they operate They'll quote you a rate Solicit the transporter at a higher rate and leave your automobile held hostage When you call them regarding their bait and switch tactics they'll cuss at you, hang up on your and never make any attempt to resolve Thank god for credit cards with scam artists like this They're all about collecting their fee and nothing else In my years I personally never done business with a more dishonest organization *** ***, *** and the other rednecks they employee are all trained to lie through their teeth for each other and not return and consumers calls There's a reason these guys are rated F They're crooks
I contacted Premier Auto Shippers because I needed a vehicle transferred from Florida to New YorkRight from the start I liked their attitude and how they treated meMr*** was great and very friendlyHe understood my need quickly and we arranged the transport very fastThe delivery was flawlessThey arrived on time to pick it up and it was delivered in a specified time frameEverything was perfect and I would use their services again if neededRecommended company
DO NOT USE THEM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. [redacted] IS A LYING BUSINESS MAN. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS, WILL NOT REFUND MONEY TO YOU.
I originally was referred from a friend to use Premier Auto Shippers to ship my vehicle across the country. Spoke to [redacted] and was given a quote for my vehicle. Persuaded me into not shopping around for a lower price since he's been "in the business for a long time" and has seen where drivers increase prices on delivery. He assured me that Premier Auto Shippers doesn't do business like that, has insurance and will handle everything if there are any issues.
Driver took delivery of my vehicle, told me there was a new price to agree upon from the original invoice Premier Auto Shippers quoted me for. I paid the driver his fare for delivering my car across country. I called Premier Auto Shippers to explain the issue and [redacted] was going to "look into it and call me back". The following day I called him and he said he was going to refund me the next day because he didn't want to leave the impression that he use bait and switch tactics to acquire new clients. Called him several times thereafter and he never refunded my money. Ultimately I had to dispute the amount because [redacted] is a con artist, promising you the world and delivering you nothing.
Avoid Premier Auto Shippers, [redacted] is like a used car salesman... He will lie to you just to get the sale.
I could go on and on and list all the negligence, dishonesty, and disrespect...but just read any of the other reviews. [redacted] cussed me out on the phone, told me to shut up and claimed I was annoying because it took his company over 3 weeks to issue a refund to my credit card when I cancelled the service well before my car was even ever assigned to a carrier. I ultimately had to contact American Express fraud department to get my money back and AMEX told me they would issue a red flag in regards to this company, hopefully stopping any charges for anyone in the future. I also found out that most, if not ALL the positive reviews on this webpage are paid for by [redacted], or the actual employees of premierautoshippers themselves. [redacted] is disgusting. A terrible person. Sounds like a self righteous, entitled child. Heed these warnings and stay well clear of this "company." You have been warned.
I'm writing this review after I successfully recovered a $300 deposit with Premier Auto Shippers (PAS) through my credit card company due to PASâ failure to perform as contracted and their flagrant attempts to fabricate records and falsify contacts. I have never dealt with a more dishonest and predatory shipping company, specifically [redacted] and [redacted], who proved theyâll go to any lengths to cover up unethical behavior (to include falsifying information). Like some other reviewers on various sites, I also had to threaten PAS with breach of contract in small claims court but ultimately I let the credit card company work on my behalf. The details of my specific dispute are similar to other complaints but arenât as important as is what worked for me in recovering money when PAS failed to ship my vehicle and then submitted blatantly falsified information when responding to my credit card companyâs dispute department.
**WARNING: I would never recommend using Premier Auto Shippers under any circumstances for any purpose, regardless of what price they quote you! This predatory company deserves to go out of business and legal prosecutionâ¦BUYER BEWARE!!!**
Here were the four factors that allowed me to recover my deposit:
1. When PAS sends you a Docu-sign contract, read it carefully as PAS will attempt to beat you over the head with the terms and conditions in case of a dispute. Make sure theyâve actually written in the agreed upon special conditions, e.g. vehicle must be pick-up or dropped off within certain specific date windows, total price. They will make verbal commitments and then act in direct opposition. NOTE: if you cancel with PAS prior to the pickup date the contract states you must do it in writing, regardless of what they tell you on the phone.
2. Make sure you document the content of every call or email with them. Only through meticulous documentation could I prove to the credit card company that what PAS claimed in their dispute rebuttal was blatantly untrue. PASâ level of fabrication and mischaracterization in attempting to retain the deposit was astounding in scope and showed what is often legally referred to as âacting in bad faithâ.
3. Let your credit card companyâs dispute department work on your behalf, as itâs better than small claims court and credit cards can involuntarily withdraw the money from the merchantâs account (as they did in my case). This also puts time pressure on the merchant as they usually have to rebut within 30 days or lose the money.
4. Donât give up trying to recover your money. In my case it went relatively quickly once the credit card company became involved after Iâd done everything possible to work with PAS on a solution, not that they were responsive or professional in any sense. Expect [redacted] the owner to be confrontational and combative once you express your displeasure and then to cease all communications, meaning PAS failed to take any steps to mitigate the dispute in the eyes of the credit card company.
EXTORTED BY DRIVER FOR EXTRA CASH UPON DELIVERY!!!
Original pickup was delayed by over a week. Paid $156 in Broker and Carrier Fees UP FRONT.
Upon pickup driver was notified that exactly $450 had been wired to the destination and they would be paid the "REMAINDER DUE $450" in cash upon delivery. Driver agreed and confirmed this with his documents.
Delivery was delayed by over 24 hours. Driver called 2PM afternoon of 9/20/2015 to say he was one state away and that he would call 1 hour before he arrived late the night of 9/20/2015. At 10 the morning of 9/21/2015 we called the dispatch after the drivers number went straight to voicemail. We were immediately called back by the driver who told us we would have to drive across town to pick up the car and that the new total was $495 cash.
After much back and forth, with the police on the way, the driver finally agreed to let us have our car for the original $450 plus an extra $20 for his trouble.
When I contacted [redacted] directly per the phone numbers and emails on the Shipping Invoice I had to leave several messages and send several emails before he responded telling me to read my contract. I reread the entire contract to and there was nothing in there about refunding differences, additional shipping costs, secondary shippers, or any other phrase regarding a difference in final costs other than "...the above amount to be paid to Premier Auto Shippers as a Broker fees or as a payment in full for the authorized listing..." PAYMENT IN FULL!!!
