Mr [redacted] called prior to bringing his car for a estimate on hailI told him that we do not do estimates that we only bring cars in for repairs that have a estimate already.I explained to him that it is very time consuming and extensive work for hail.It's not the same as collisionMr [redacted] brought in his vehicle on 6/for repairsHe was told that the estimate given to him from the insurance company was going to require us to call and do a supplement for repairsHe agreed that it seamed lightWe have to wash the vehicle's exterior and mark all dents and do a supplement.We call the insurance company to come out and go over the vehicle for the assessment.The adjuster agrees and does his final estimate He left a copy and I called Mr [redacted] and told him that the supplement was done gave him the total and that we were going to order parts and proceedHe said that to hold off and that he would think about it and let me know what he wanted to doMr[redacted] called and said that he didn't want to repair at this time and maybe do it laterI gave him the amount owed for administrative fees and storage.I told him that if later he decided to bring it back we would discount what was paid off the estimate of repairsHe came in and demanded his vehicle without paying anythingThe amount originally was $He declined to pay and called the policeThey arrived and told him that he had to pay the fees owedHe came back on 6/and said that the other shops only were going to charge him $to do a estimate.I told him that I do not know of any shop doing quotes for hail since it take alot of time to do .I reminded him that we do not do hail quotes and give free storageIf that is what he wanted that he should have taken it there.I lowered the amount to $he paid and leftWith regards to the storage with the amount of vehicles from the hail storm that we had here the vehicles during the day were parked outside waiting for insurance companies to come down All vehicles were brought in every evening and locked upIf you have any other questions please contact me Regards, [redacted] Premier Auto Body [redacted] Fax

If that is what he wanted that he should have taken it there.I lowered the amount to $500.00 he paid and left. With regards to the storage with the amount of vehicles from the hail storm that we had here the vehicles during the day were parked outside waiting for insurance companies to come down All vehicles were brought in every evening and locked up.
