Thank you for forwarding [redacted]s concern, we appreciate the feedback. To give you a little bit of background and clarity to our process [redacted] came in for an initial appointment and was allergy tested. At that time she was described our immunotherapy process and how we treat for only the...

things that she is allergic to. At that time she signed consent allowing us to make her vials and scheduled her first shot appointment. At that time we create vials specifically for her using exactly what she is allergic to. Those vials cannot be used for any other patient which is why we wait until consent is signed and the appointment has been made.  Since then [redacted] canceled her appointment with us deciding not to start immunotherapy treatment, but again her specific vials had already been made and thus why she still received a bill for the serum preparation. In a sign of good faith, customer service, and due to the immateriality of the bill we will write off [redacted]’s $104 bill at this time.
