I received gift cards each containing a monetary valueI attempted to redeem the cards on the company website or fax but neither option has worked The redemption process for these gift cards are via website, fax or email and none of these options are available/workingThe websites have been down for the past monthsThe company [redacted] has phone#'s to call but they are always busyEmails are not going through to their customer service inbox no response and bounce back This company is not fulfilling their obligations through any of their contact points
Our company has outstanding Jump Rewards cards that were ordered in the amount of $(payable to Preferred One via company cheque)that were purchased for our employees as part of our Employee Anniversary Program, that are still outstanding for redemptionWe have tried to contact Preferred One numerous times, however our emails are being returned and we constantly getting a busy signal when trying to contact them telephonesIn December, an employee was advised that the company's servers were down and the reason Jump Cards could not be redeemedThis was the last contact we have had with Preferred OneThe representative that we dealt with was [redacted] Our company was not made aware of any issues experienced with Preferred One
