Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not leave any reviews about this business on google or anywhere but hereI read a review that sounded similar to mine so I guess there is a bigger issue hereAt this point I'm not willing to take my vehicle back to this shop they had there opportunity to fix the problem the first time it was bought to there attentionI was more than cooperative with them I don't want to wast anymore of my time leaving my vehicle there for another week just to be told that nothing was done to itAnd if I wanted to write a review about the job that I paid for that was not done right I could because I paid for the job and service I received at this business he can not tell me other wise Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer is the one throwing emotions around, I am tour veterans of both Iraq and Afghanistan my self, he already defame my company on googleIf he wants to get things right he will have to remove the negative review that has already impacted my salesI told the customer that I will make sure the ring or pin he so desire is installed correctly and to his satisfactionWe are willing to work with him.***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The contents of this response by the business were blatantly and fabricatedI spoke to them on the phone the day of service and told them that my wiper was not replaced as they had said, and also that they had not resolved any issues with my power steering that they promised me would run better if they serviced it -- that basically I paid $and they kept my car for days without communicating to me WHY -- only for them to not do any of the promised workThey did ask me at this point to bring the car back and look at it again, and I said firmly that given that they had kept my car for over days and been impossible to reach and almost incommunicado with me about what was going on with my car, as well as ultimately not done any of the work they told me they did, so I did not trust them with my car and I would prefer a refundThe manager I spoke to said he would talk to the owner and get back to meHe CERTAINLY never offered to tow my vehicle or anything along those lines; this is deliberate falsification of the factsI called again later and was told the owner would be calling meThe owner never called meI called AGAIN and was told *the manager spoke to the owner [redacted] and that he had authorized issuing me a full refund, but that it would not appear in my bank account for at least daysThis was just before Christmas so they assured me that the refund might be delayed in processing due to holidaysTwo weeks later I called several times (at least 3) and received no response, querying as to where my refund wasThese multiple voicemail messages are a matter of recordWhy would I call this company multiple times asking where my refund was if I was never promised a refund? Their argument is palpably falseThis company has cheated me out of $that was promised to meThe friend who recommended them to me says he too will never use them againI have spoken to my lawyer, and it is not in any way "slanderous" to utilize the Revdex.com for its intended purpose: to resolve a matter of being cheated and grifted by a businessNor is it slander to post a negative review on a Facebook page that specifically invites reviewsThis supposed business manager evinces a poor understanding of business law as well as the definition of slander (I believe he means "libel," which is written; "slander" is spoken), and threatening your customers is inappropriateOther reviews on other sites say he has threatened customers numerous times for posting bad reviews, which is poor business practiceI nor any of these other customers will remove or change our reviews so long as we are being cheated and lied about -- which is the reason you have received negative reviews.Also, please note that truth is an absolute legal defense against libel, and I was promised a $refund by this businessThe way the law works, my claims are entirely true and the burden of proof would be on you to disprove them, but you would not only have to prove that they were untrue, but also that I *did not believe [redacted] them to be trueIn other words, this business has absolutely no legal leg to stand on in a libel suit, you evince no understanding of the law, and it is poor business practice to cheat your customers and then threaten them for negative reviews after you cheat themIf and when I receive my promised refund from your business, I am willing to delete my one negative review from Facebook, as the most negative part of my experience was being lied to and not issued the promised refundThat is my offer to youOtherwise, I will be taking this up in another channel if not resolved amicably here and I am not issued my promised refund

Continual failure to return phone calls in response to on-going complaints over new hatchway that still leaksI don't think they intend to solve this problem and just continually put us off until the snows came!! Continually said a representative would call to come out to solve problemNew never received a call backI will tell everyone I know of their poor service and their TV commercials!!!!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:I was forced to trade the Buick in because no way in its state was it going to pass inspection (as you promised it would be fixed), and I didn't feel like taking it to ANOTHER mechanic for five MORE days and MORE money when Precision AutoCare never issued its promised refund and I needed a properly functioning vehicle asap because I am a pregnant mom with a toddler.I am currently getting a statement from the dealership, stating that the car had only one working windshield wiper and its power steering was in terrible condition and certainly not repaired when they received it -- weeks AFTER I had taken it to Precision AutoCare and they told me they supposedly fixed these things.I will provide you with that document as soon as they fax it to meYou never fixed my car, and I was promised a refund by your staff on Dec23rd, which I have yet to receive and am owed, of $270.I have also filed a complaint about this with for consumer protection via the Texas Attorney GeneralTaking people's money and not making repairs, then promising a refund and not giving it, is an egregiously unethical and destructive way to run a business, and I will continue to press for my refund.If you refund my money as you promised, and I see the refund in my account, I will remove my one-star review and withdraw my complaint with the Texas Attorney GeneralI will send along the document from the car dealership as soon as I receive it.

she contacted me and said that she was having an issue with the wipers and I expressed to her to bring me the vehicle back so I could do a warranty checkout at no cost and repair what was wrong at no charge but refusedshe told me that she lived all the way in Boerne and could not drive back and
she told me she wanted her money back,I in turn told her that I could not as a manager issue a refund because I was not authorized to do so so again expressed to her to bring the vehicle back to me so I could check out for free and fix the issue and she said she was not bringing back to me because she was all the way in Boerne ...........and I spoke to her one more time after that and expressed to her I needed the vehicle back and even offered to tow it back if she did want to drive it and she declined all my offers but I never said I would issue a refund. This customer has not given us a chance to do a warranty check on the vehicle, we have called her so many times to do this, she seem like a scam and only want money back, I can not verify if anything was wrong with her vehicleAlso She has went on various social media platform to to write bad review about my company when she was teh one that refused to bring in her carWe strongly feel we are the victim of slander and will be taking legal actions if those bad reviews are not down. Hired MrHome 8-29-to install lally column, new windows, and repoint the basement wallsHe gave an extremely low price on the repointing jobWhen I asked how he could do it, he told me that he works in volumeColumn and windows were not properly installed, and he damaged my brick foundation, and never repaired itHe promised a refund, and gave me all kinds of phony excuses why he couldn't pay upIn court, he and his workers lied that the damage was there before they started the work

Had a new Chimney Flue put in in the fall of 2015'The workers continually tried to sell side work under the table not provided by the companyTheft of servicesthey also did not inform me that they could not connect the flue under their license but also failed to inform me that I needed to find an HVAC technician to do thisSo its been over a year and I found out from a chimney sweep that my furnace was not connected to the flue and I have dangerous amounts of gas going into my house Stay Classy MrHome

I am rejecting this response because:On June management was aware of the problem that needed to be fixedI drop off my truck on June cause they said they would fix it and I would have it back on June never happenedOn July I picked up my truck cause I felt I had given more than enough time to fix the problem so they had more than eight days to fix repair the job in questionFor the record I never asked for a refund or a new "performance clutch" all I asked was for them to remove the screw the mechanic place in my clutch and replace the missing snap ring from the clutch pedal that's itThen I was told that it had been trashed I felt they were just trying to wait me out cause I couldn't go with out my truck any longerThe owner told me twice that it would be fixed and yet here we are playing he said, he saidAs far as unhappy customers just read some of there reviews I'm just the one that reported them to the Revdex.comIt's good I have a little mechanical knowledge to know what I was looking atI never said that it didn't work the job I said the job wasn't done right and asked for to be fixed that's not to much to ask especially for the price tag I was given.

The owner showed up min late for an estimate appointment and parked his *** across my walkway and lawn When my wife asked him to not park on our lawn he responded " where you should I park" We told him to park on the street like a person After he moved his car I went outside and told him that I had changed my mind, that anyone who would park on a prospective customers lawn is not someone I want working on my house He told me that I shouldn't worry about my lawn that it looks like crap

I , The Owner of the shop spoke with the gentlemanThe clutch worked well, but his complain was that it was not as hard as previously, and my lead technician made him aware that there we need a clip to make as hard as he wanted, because he wanted a performance clutch that was on there previously
but when we make the offer to fix it he did not want that performance clutchWe are willing to work with the gentleman but if he is not going to be honest and sincere it will be hard OUr goal is to get all our customers happy, we have never had a complain until now

THe only offer I will give you is to bring the car back for a warranty check, I can not confirm that the work wa not done. Texas laws supported my position of first right to refusal.. Bring it back.. I read a review that sounded similar to mine so I guess there is a bigger issue here. At this point I'm not willing to take my vehicle back to this shop they had there opportunity to fix the problem the first time it was bought to there attention. I was more than cooperative with them I don't want to wast anymore of my time leaving my vehicle there for another week just to be told that nothing was done to it. And if I wanted to write a review about the job that I paid for that was not done right I could because I paid for the job and service I received at this business he can not tell me other wise.
