Precision Pest Control

My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional. When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days. The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here. Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be. He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage. He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Whenever I see a raving review for a company, the first thing that comes to my mind is no company can be that great. With that said, I’m writing one of those reviews that claim the company walks on water, or very close to it.

In Arizona the question of termites is not if, but when will your turn come to have them reside at your home. Getting companies to inspect is both free and frustrating. You will find that prices go from “you got to be kidding” to low-balling with extras if you read the fine print. What you want is a 5-year guarantee that covers everything with no additional cost to you. If you are given a very low price, read everything. I learned quickly that the big con is to offer a low cost then charge a yearly fee starting with year 2. What you should be asking yourself is if the chemical they use claims to work for up to 10 years with a guarantee of 5 years, why should you have to pay more starting with year 2?

If you are like me, you will be calling at least 10 companies. It takes time, but doing your homework is what will make your out-of-pocket cost come down. Precision Pest Control wasn’t the first company I called, nor was it the last. What I liked about Precision Pest Control was their willingness to beat anyone’s price, and the man they sent to do the free inspection. The man who inspected my home, turned out in fact is the same person who did the actual treatment. [redacted], isn’t slick like the salesmen other companies sent to my home, [redacted] is just a nice older guy who takes the time to explain things. Then when doing the actual work, if you want, [redacted] will even explain what to expect from what he is doing.

It turns out that Precision Pest Control will beat any other offer, making them always the best price in town. But there is one other thing. After agreeing to hire Precision Pest Control, [redacted] who during conversation learned that I have a disability, offered to help me move things out of the way; something the other companies just listed that I would have to do before they would start the work. He didn’t ask for more money, he just wanted to make sure I didn’t hurt myself. That tells you a lot about the company and their employees. I moved the majority of the things blocking the work together with my wife, and when [redacted] came, he gave me hell for not waiting for him to do it. I appreciated what he was saying, and I appreciated the great job he did.

What I did when I hired Precision Pest Control was to get a great pest control company, who gave me the best price, and service that no one else even offered. Now I’m a believer in Precision Pest Control, they did a wonderful job at my home, and is why I wrote this raving review.

This company is the cheapest company around. They don't supply their technicians with enough product to do an effective job. For example. Their trucks have a 50 gallon tank. And the owner, gives the technicians 25-30 jobs per day. That is only an average of 1.66-2.5 gallons of product per house. 4x4 foot barrier yeah right! Also during the summer time this company has a sales team. They go out and knock doors, the top salesman for this company made 200+ sales. For his reward and incentive he only got a $30 jacket. If you go to any other company they will give you much much more then that. They are stationed out of the owners house and They don't even have a real facility they manage from. The technicians work long days!! and only get paid $11/hour if that. This company is a joke. I would not work for them if you are looking to enjoy your job.
