Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] As we stated we will not accept paying anymore money out, when we thought we were getting good turf by paying $That might be pennies to the company but that is a lot of money to us who our on social securityWe did not ask for a full refund but we do feel we should get a partial payment back, at least $, since we were not told up front when they sold us the ? turf( our neighbors windows were there already) they should of told us that they might cause a problem, and they did notIf this can't get resolved we will turn this over to our lawyer.?
We sincerely apologize that communications and follwith the client failed regarding this issueWe accept responsibility for the frustration our slow response caused and can sympathize with this incredibly unfortunate and extraordinary circumstanceThe extraordinary circumstances being an inopportune angle/aspect of the neighbor’s windows to the sun intensified by unusually high temperatures that we experienced last SummerWhile our contract specifically warns against damage due to copper or reflective windows and we trust that our clients are paying due diligence in understanding the details they sign to when accepting our terms, we feel genuinely sorry for the client’s situation and have tried to offer the client our best to resolve the issueWhen we met with the client and manufacturer to address the issue we offered to remove the existing turf and re-install new turf excluding labor charges in addition the manufacturer has offered to provide the turf at a highly discounted rateWe believe that we have both made incredibly generous offers since neither one of us is responsible for the circumstances that caused the damage We still recommend that the client work with their neighbor to install a reflection guard material to the windows so that the damage does not happen again We regret that the potential damage from the neighboring window was not anticipated by our consultants or technicians upon site analysisHad we seen the neighboring window as a potential for this type of damage we would have brought the concern to the client’s attention up front and would have either advised against the turf or explored ways to shield the reflection from the area of turfWe understand that the client is deeply disappointed by our customer service and we truly wish there were a way to go back and pay them the attention they deserved
